Raiders fans next to me said they paid double face value for their tickets.

My personal opinion, the Cardinals have no one to blame but themselves. If they had shown up at all against the Falcons there would have been more Cardinal fans in the stands.

Was it that bad Chris? How many would you say? I know they sounded loud on TV.

No Shane, I would say there were maybe 5-10% Raider fans today, and the 10% is a stretch.

The problem is that too many Card fans were sporting their alternate Cards black jerseys, so it may seem like that.

The Cards have 2 home games where they will wear black jerseys. Wear them then. Not when the opposing team has black as a main color.

Something that added to the massive quantity of silver and black in the stands - Cardinals fans wearing their black Cards' jerseys. :doi: :bang:

I would say 20% - 25%. They were very loud and plentiful.

There was a good turnout by the Raiduh's fans, but I am thinking with the new Blk. Cards jersey's it may have looked worse than it was.

I am sure there are also a decent percentage of fans that bailed of the bandwaggon once Warner left and a few more percent who cant stomach paying for tickets to watch DA ruin the team.

When your favorite team is in town once every few years and you only go to one game in that time span your going to yell pretty loud & let it all hang out cause its your only chance for who knows how long. I'd guess Raider fans were 25% at most but were almost as loud as we were.

It certainly did not seem <10% based on the noise in support of Raiders. If they were really 10% then they were amazingly loud. Even Raiders players made comments how loud the Raiders fans seemed to be that confused them on the cheering for the game winning missed FG. They thought the goal was actually made and their fans were cheering.

What Fitz said hurts me. I've missed 1 game since Denny Green took over, that includes Sun Devil. I screamed myself hoarse, as I do every game. I'm not sure why, but I take that comment personally. I'm proud of my small part in our home games, down to my red sea themed Cardinals license plate.

25 percent max raider fans. MAX.

However, the Cards fans didn't seem very loud today. And when the raider fans got loud, they got LOUD.

As a whole, the fans brought it at just above the level of the special teams. Really good at a few points, muffed a few series.

Raider fans drink more, which makes them louder.

Haven't met a Raider fan yet that wasn't an annoying smelly drunk.

Someone should tell Fitzgerald and Beanie that not everyone is given at least two million dollars when they are 21 years old.

:mulli: :mulli: :mulli:

Hello ? McFly ?

Your states economy is in the crapper, un-employment is at a high point. People are going to sell tickets for stuff like food, rent, etc., etc.

Fitzgerald, and Beanie can just deal with it.

Skewed arrogance at its finest.

Also, way to complain about who was NOT there, must feel good to be a fan that went to the game today.

Post Warner era, poor showing at ATL, squeaking out a win in STL. Gave the fickle fans a couple of weeks to evaluate the situation and whether or not they wanted to be on the bandwagon.

The Raider showing was about 30-35% of the crowd easily and they were all equally obnoxious.

look like there was a few in there but i paused the tv a few to when they panned around and there were loads of alternate black jerseys in there.

obviously i wastn there and i thought we sounded pretty load when we got going too. They even mentioned it a few times on the false start late in the game and on the drive before we cocked up the second punt return.

if thats only 80% home fans then good on your that did your bit

With how the Cards handled the QB situation it causes doubt how much they really want to win. Fans like me sense that. They havent looked good yet. They got lucky against both Rams and Raiders. They easily could be winless.

I agree. This was the first ***** in the Larry Fitzgerald armor. I know he was trying to be funny, but he failed here pretty miserably.

maybe its just me

but 90% of the Raider fans looked like gang members. Neck tatoos, do rags, etc. It looked like outtakes from a bad rap video. Don't know if a self-selection situation or not.

The number of fans is not totally a surprise. Arizona's biggest source of immigration over the last five years has been from California.

I totally expected a large number of Raiders fans. They haven't played here in 8 years. But, It was not as bad as the Minnesota game two seasons ago, or as bad as the Steelers game in 07. But, I could not believe how many of our fans wore their black jersies. Hell, i dug out my old VandenBosch jersey just so I could be in red. I let the wife have my Warner jersey.

raiders and rams games especially, it is their culture to be thuggish losers. It all goes back to my youth when the "gangsters" all wore raiders gear.

As far as fitz and beanies comments, as a fan I say f you too buddy. I am glad as hell I didnt spend 75 bucks to watch us play that poopy. Why should we pile in to a stadium to watch us miff punts and f up everywhere? I spent my money on the organization and had season tix for years, couldnt this year for several reasons. Id like to be there. To be called out, by a millionaire, to come spend my lack of funds to watch them almost lose to **** teams? kiss my ass...

Southern California has a lot of Raiders fans. A LOT. They did not transfer their allegiance to the Chargers when the Rams and Raiders left L.A. And they've been without a "home" team in that area. It was a few hours drive across the desert for them. I expected them to be loud and they were. But (listening on TV) so were the Cards fans. I thought it was one of the loudest crowds of the past few years.

I can tell you one thing, the Raiders fans made me appreciate the Cowboys fans. Biggest bunch of low life scum I have ever seen in my life. Starting fights, talking **** and throwing beer on a cards fan in the bathroom. Definitely saw a custom Raiders jersey with a prison number on it. And kids in front of me a few rows with air-brushed ghetto mall raiders shirts and rat tails.

The raiders fans right near us were cool, everyone from section 454 over though can, and likely will, burn in hell.

Honestly, if we play em at home again I will probably sell my tickets. They nearly ruined the experience for me.
