I am glad as hell I didnt spend 75 bucks to watch us play that poopy...I spent my money on the organization and had season tix for years...Id like to be there. To be called out, by a millionaire, to come spend my lack of funds to watch them almost lose to **** teams? kiss my ass...

:yeahthat:

I'm a fatman with no butt, because I sweat it off during the Sun Devil days. I've paid my dues as a fan of the Cardinals.

I haven't had season tickets since 2003 (the year I was laid-off for the first time at Motorola), and I haven't purchased any new Cardinals gear in the same time frame.

With that in mind I'll say this:

Devoiding myself of financial investment in this franchise made the Cardinals 1337% easier to watch. I rely upon gifted tickets, and Christmas to restock my swag.

As such, I really have no expectations now; I want them to win, I root for them to win, and i still lose my voice every Sunday like every other diehard I know.

As ugly as yesterday's win was, we're still on the path to 15-1.

I Biggest bunch of low life scum I have ever seen in my life. Starting fights, talking **** and throwing beer on a cards fan in the bathroom.

LoL, definitely saw those. I said when we walked in "all the freaks and thugs are out." Even the women were obnoxious - giving everyone the finger whenever we cheered (like if she owned the stadium).

I'd say they were about 25% and they were loud. But to think it was their Raider fans cheering at the field goal - well, that's just delusional, lol.

Why wouldn't the team expect a home field advantage (largely due to the fans)?

insert excuse here_______________

Did we get a false start on the Raiders near the end of the game? We showed up when it counted. The Raiders fans around me commented that this was the most intense Cardinals crowd they had ever seen. They thought they were gonna walk in and take over like the SDS days. They certainly did not.

Post Warner era, poor showing at ATL, squeaking out a win in STL. Gave the fickle fans a couple of weeks to evaluate the situation and whether or not they wanted to be on the bandwagon.

The Raider showing was about 30-35% of the crowd easily and they were all equally obnoxious.

Are you crazy?? Do you really believe that there we 20k or so Raider fans there yesterday????

10k or so - MAX!

Something that added to the massive quantity of silver and black in the stands - Cardinals fans wearing their black Cards' jerseys. :doi: :bang:

I was so mad at all of the Cards fans who wore thier black alternate jerseys to a RAIDERS game!

HELLO!

Blame that one on Billy B. who promoted them so big and made them so popular with peeps today who love to be different.I'm sure the profits on the sales are making Bill laugh all the way to the bank.

I would say there were about 15000 Raider fans there. Most in the high up seats of the upper level. There was also a large number behind the Raider bench.

I think the biggest reason for this is that many people don't want to deal with Raider fans. I know that I've had bad experiences with Raider fans in the past. We are talking totally unprovoked. They are nasty dirty fans.

I think I will wear my blue Boldin Pro Bowl jersey on Christmas night. That's pretty stylish too.

Don't people think about that kind of stuff? At all?

Truth....

No voice to day, knew it would happen, gonna happen again. No one ever said it was easy to be a Cardinal fan. However our players should check themselves, challenging us? Really? You wish (and so do we) you were doing your job the way we are doing ours.

I agree. This was the first ***** in the Larry Fitzgerald armor. I know he was trying to be funny, but he failed here pretty miserably.

Totally sucked hearing that come out of his mouth IMO. He tried to play it off a s a joke but IMO it wasn't.

Yea if there was a game i had to miss this one would be my choice. I think the way the game went helped keep number of fights down.Niether team got a big lead where their fans could get too cocky, then the way it ended left the Raider fans to stuned to react. A blow out either way could have meant a bloodbath :D

Maybe Fitz should go back to doing what he did the first 4 years he was here in AZ - never talk to the media.

There were rumors that he actually hired a guy to start his shower right before the game ended so he would be the first one out of the locker room before the media came in.

There were alot of Raiders fans there, but there always are when they come to town. I for one was not suprised by the numbers. And they were exactly how they always are, starting fights and being in general just low lifes. I got hit by a beer bottle in the back while sitting in my seats. There we a ton of Raiders fans sitting behind us. Of course none would own up to it when I stood up and call them all out. Which is probably good because the way the security staff as UofP are always trying to make opposing fans feel extra welcome I would surely have been the one to get thrown out.

Yesterday sucked but I knew it would be that way. I wont guess on the actual numbers but they were probably 1 for every 3 cards fans in the upper deck where I sit.

That's exactly what I said when I saw a Cards fan being led away by security, and I'm sure the Raider fan started it ...

Morons, they were. I thought our fans were smarter than that.

There were a decent amount of Raiders fans near me, mostly wearing Moss and T. Brown jerseys. Some were cool, some were obnoxious. I am glad I won't have to see them again for a while.

I can't get the link at work for the comments Larry made, but something tells me I will be disappointed.

Nothing outrageous...he was asked what he thought of the crowd and he said "which one? the raiders or the cards?" with smirk, of course.

eh,,,,the raiders cowboys and packers always travel well ,i wouldn;t sweat it too much

The Raider fans did NOT have to travel very far - we are located on the westside you know. :)

There were about 20% max Raider fans but weren't as obnoxious as in the SDS days.

The were loud and proud until the end result but the stadium was post-season loud by Card fans on many 3rd down occassions.

I must admit the Raiders fans were much more tame than the SDS days. At least they were in my section.

Got to love it when Cards fans get loud in UoP!

I guess I am a big old dummy then for wearing the only Jersey I own and letting my client borrow my Cards t-shirt and not wanting to wear my cards long sleeve hoody in 107 degree weather prior to the game, for buying the thing that was being pumped to us by the Cards PR staff.

Sorry for wearing a CARDINALS jersey and offending all you.
