My understanding is that the NFL sets playoffs ticket rates as well

Think of it as cash-flow for the Cardinals; lots of signing bonus money to come up with this year!

I wonder what the "extra" cash is for a play-off team.

BTW: My came today...$461 for two seats...best fiver I ever spent if we make it that far.

The funny thing is that I think we are all having sticker shock based on the fact that we have rarely experienced this. They sent these out during Denny's first year and I just paid it as I will this time. The crappy thing is that if you don't pay it, you'll end up paying quadruple the price from a scalper for the chance to go (ask Colorado Rockies fans). The price isn't really that bad. Being able to see a home playoff game is a once in a lifetime thing for a Cardinals fan. The only pro football playoff game I've ever seen was back in 1984 when the Wranglers beat the LA Express. If they don't make it, then I just got my deposit for next year as my Christmas present. Not a bad deal at all.

Section 450 row 3 seats 4-5 come to $291. Across the isle they pay double

2 club seats plus EP Parking = $931.

Money due Dec 14. They play Seattle on Dec 9. Will wait until that game is over before I send in any money. Should have a good feel by then whether or not there will be any home playoff games. Don't want to send money if there is no home playoff game.

Bally’s Sports needs to go away

In two months I'd be paying it anyway for my season tickets... I just gotta scrape it up 2 months early and hope some of it goes towards a home play off game (the second home play off game isn't really possible, but I'll dream for 1)

That's a good strategy. They only way we will have a "home" playoff game will be if the Cardinals win the NFC West (wild card teams always travel).

After December 9th, we should have a pretty good idea with only three games left against New Orleans, Atlanta, and St. Louis.

Mine was $981 but there wasn't a parking charge on there. Do you only pay for parking if you are in EP or WP? I was under the impression that they couldn't charge for parking in Gelndale.

Just ordered mine. Cards customer service was very responsive and filled the order within 2 mins.

For me, the price was very fair for an upper level seat. $45 for a playoff round 1 game and $90 for an NFC Championship? For NFL playoff football that is extremely cheap compared to other sports/concerts/entertainment. You would pay more to see pro wrestling or a Hanna Montana concert.

I don't care about the money if they don't make 2 playoff games. It is going to be applied to my next year's season tickets anyway.

But for those that want to wait to see, I completely understand your position, but ticket slots are easy to order now. I had a bear of a time getting thru to the Cards ticket office earlier this year when the season ticket deadline was near.

I use the online method to pay, and have for a few years now. I've never had the least bit of a problem with it. Even when paying minutes before the deadline.

Me too. If we win today, I'll pay Monday.
