Did anyone notice if any Bulls or Celtic players left the bench area when the shoving match started?
No idea but I heard amare and diaw's names called out and cringed. :( was so similar to what happened to the suns with the thrown into the scorers table scenario.

This series has been fantastic. Tough, physical, and at times down right nasty. Both teams are playing so hard that I have to wonder how much the winner will have for the 2nd round.

On that note, Derrick Rose really impresses me. The poise that guy shows for a rookie is incredible. That guy is definitely going to be a great PG in this league for a long time. He needs to be a little more careful with the ball and cut down his TO's, but other then that, solid player all around. Great pick by the Bulls.

This series really puts into perspective the Suns getting so rattled last year after losing the first game in double overtime. Both of these teams have had so many close losses in epic games, but yet they come right back game after game without flinching.

Ray Allen is unbelievable. He never seems to miss when the game calls for a clutch 3 point shot.

I loved seeing Brad Miller redeem himself. I felt bad for him for missing those free throws in the other game due to him being shaken up from being punched in the face.

and it should have been a foul on Pierce. You know if had been Pierce driving for the layup, they would have called it.

How can you possibly forget that Pierce fouled out on that play? It was the play of the game.

I have to admit that I have never been so nervous about a upcoming game for the Bulls. If they win this game, I really feel get get past Orlando. Then they will most likely loose to Cleveland, but they have shown that they will put up a fight. I have not been so proud of this team since the Jordon says.

This is the best series I have seen since Lakers vs. Blazers in 2000. It's like watching a heavy weight fight between two guys that trade blows but no one will go down.

Once again, just let me say..

GO BULLS! :D

The suns of the first few years (especially the years of amare's microfracture and the amare diaw suspensions) the suns were tough and fought back.

last year...not so much

so rondo, gets a regular foul for the swipe on miller.
then a T for throwing hinrich into the scorers table, AND throws an elbow that missed.
no further action was taken on either incident.

my 2cents, for throwing an elbow during dead play - even though it missed...
he should atleast be suspended 1 game. the intent was there, whistles were blown.

please discuss.

I got a Flagrant 1 for the throwing Kirk not a Technical. Kirk got a technical for pushing him. I agree he should have been suspended. IMO, they need to put Lindsay Hunter needs to foul him hard and get thrown out and let Rondo retaliate and get thrown out.

you're right. it was a double T, but rondo's was technically a flag1.

Bulls down 38-52 after the 2nd quarter. Looks like we're gonna have a very lame ending to a great series. :(

Bulls are shooting 33% and have 11 turnovers after the 2nd quarter.

sorry guys, I root for Celtics because of Ainge and Marbury were great when with Suns. It's amazing though how Bulls fought all this series and refused to die, even though Celts are severely hit by injury. props to another former Sun Del Negro. ;)

Bulls down 71-78 after a Gorden 3 pointer with 21 seconds left in the 3rd quarter. :)

Bulls need to tighten up their defense as the Celtics shot 60% during the 3rd quarter. Celtics are shooting 46% for the game now, they were at 42% after the 2nd quarter.
