1st qtr 2:17 3rd and 4 Palmer in shotgun steps up to make an adjustment when Sendlein inexplicably snaps the ball. Palmer's quick reflexes avoid a turnover.
2nd qtr :22 3rd and 7 Jerraud Powers int (due to 6 man inside blitz, (108 qbr vs the blitz my ass)) setting up the Catman field goal and taking away a possible Novak field goal.
3 rd qtr 6:51 3rd and 9 Massey tries to tickle Attaochu enroute to a sack fumble setting up a Ryan Matthews 20 yard td run over Jefferson.
4th qtr 7:34 3rd and 8 Ex-card Rich Ohrnberger snaps past Rivers putting them out of field goal range.
4th qtr 6:12 3rd and 10 Carson Palmer runs for 11 yards
4th qtr 3:17 3rd and 8 Michael Floyd scoops the pass off the ground for a first down, next play John E Smoke takes the wr screen to the end zone (with help from Fanaika and Veldheer, but despite Carlson's whiff)
My takes, it's awesome to see 2 shutdown corners, the only big play to a SD wr I can recall is Malcolm Floyd burning Powers. Run D isn't missing Dansby and Dweed. Never ask Carlson or "take it to the" Housler to block Dwight Freeney. Berman is annoying. Larson is mediocre, Coop needs to step it up. Massey could lose us a game. Never ask Tony Jefferson to man up with an elite tight end. I was pleasantly surprised at how much playing time our first round pick got (I can't recall a defensive snap #36 didn't play), especially in crucial situations, and by how much he played in the box like a blitzing lb. This is probably one of the best offenses we'll see this year and the D was pretty solid.
