Pretty simple. Who will have more turnovers in our week 1 match-up vs. the Rams; Derek Anderson or Sam Bradford.

I'll go with the rookie QB, who hasn't seen anything other than a vanilla preseason D. There's a possibility that AW will break his arm on a blitz.

If we were not playing Rams I would say DA. But I expect him to have a decent game. I expect DRC and Toler to be hungry and looking to feast on a Rookie QB in his first start.

:bang:

I read "turnovers" as "touchdowns."

I reverse my vote. I think the rookie has more than DA.

Dockett and Campbell/Wilson will be too much for him, at this stage of his career.....sort of like the Saints against Favre in last years playoff game.

HE'D BETTER "DUCK"

I'm saying Bradford but it is really hard to throw a int when your lying on your back, so I could be wrong...then again our line has not been that great either :)

Bradford. The Cards secondary is better.

And our WR's are better than his too. I like Bradford although I question how durable he is and how much of his success was due to the system at OU and the talent around him.

Landry Jones was clearly not as good as Sam last year but he still managed to put up 26 td's last year and I would submit the talent at WR for OU was down last year to what it was during the 2 huge years Bradford had.

Sam has a chance to be good but he's going to have to adjust to the NFL like most rookie QB's do. The days of choosing which wide open receiver to throw to are going to be over, that's the adjustment most rookies have to make.

I think Sam can be a very good NFL QB but I think the jury is out on how good he'll be, some young QB's on bad teams just can't hold up physically or mentally, they're so used to dominance they can't handle it.

Break it? He's gonna take it back to the huddle with him and show Rhodes, Dockett, et al.

If Bradford plays the whole game, I'll choose him for most picks.

I hope I'm wrong, but I could see this being an upset. I'll go with DA.

I think combo picks/fumbles it is Bradford--he will be hit so much he is bound to cough the ball up on the ground more than once.

Anderson should have a good game against the Rams--maybe even spectacular but it is only because of the opponent. When Anderson plays a better team I don't have a lot of faith--Atlanta will be a much better measure of where he is in this offense.

The Rams will need to score 35 to beat us. I don't see it. I'll be surprised if the Rams get to double digits. Our D is going to shock the experts, especially in week 1 against a rookie. Anderson will have 2-3 passes in excess of 40 yds. By week 8, the naysayers will have to come to grips with the Cardinals being a SB threat. Best Coach, best d-line, best cb's, best safeties, best WR's, best punter (more important than people think). Just wait until we put a beat down on the defending champs in OUR house. Brees is going to wish they did, but the Cardinals won't forget the cheap shot that Warner got. Paybacks are a bitch!!!
