He is not nothing but a large wr that goes down way to easy....that 2nd reception it looked like he started to slide before contact.

It's only his first game back. He's also the #2 to Patrick when Patrick is healthy.

I would like to see the stats on every game Pope has played.
I would bet he has had an illegal procedure in every game he has participated in.
You would think a 6'8" te would put fear into the heart of db's. He goes down softer than I would ( only because I'm to old and couldn't get out of the way), but you get my point.

Tight ends need to do one of two things. Be a good blocker or be a great receiver who can stretch the seam.
Great ones can do both. He can do neither.

We need to put our best BLOCKING tight end and let the "6 hand monster" (Fitz, Q and Breaston), worry about catching the ball.

He's so tall that he can't hear the snap count when the QB is bent over center, what a waste he turned out to be.

I concur he'll be gone next year. But yesterday, of his two receptions, one gave us a nice 8 yds and his hussle downfield and sustained block helped Anquan add almost 20 yds on his long catch and run.
