haha, perfect!Then he should have been a perfect fit for the Giants. Daboll has left his team unprepared for the past 2 years.
I agree about Mel Kiper. He has a good job and does have draft knowledge, but he's not actually a pro scout for a team. if the NFL was wrong about Sanders, he has every chance to prove them wrong now.I will say this, if this draft doesn't prove Mel Kiper at al have no idea what they're talking about nothing ever will. Kiper is still saying he slid. When he goes undrafted through THREE rounds with Cleveland passing on him what 4 times maybe 5 and he still hasnt' been picked, he's NOT sliding, you just massively overestimated what NFL teams thought of him
I don’t think that matters at all.Meh the quote was from when shedeur was a FRESHMAN in HIGH SCHOOL.
Isn’t that Dion‘s account anyway? The wording clearly said if I was a young quarterback well even in high school he was a young quarterback that sounds like a quote from Dion.Meh the quote was from when shedeur was a FRESHMAN in HIGH SCHOOL.
Yeah but it’s not like he was talking about shedeur back then. It was a general comment about the state of the browns 7 years ago. Tying it to shedeur going to the browns today is stupid imo. If what krang says is true and he made similar comments more recently those would be applicable. But that quote is being floated in a manner as a “gotcha” and it’s just not really that imo.Isn’t that Dion‘s account anyway? I’ve never hit my boys, but if I were that coach that was my child his momma would have to protect him from me. First, it’s a BS move as a human being. Second that’s my livelihood you’re messing with.Coaches kid did it. Ooof.

If that doesn't give you some humility, then you stand no chance in the pro's.Imagine having to wait 5 rounds to be a Cleveland Brown.
We were discussing this type of thing earlierI can't tell if it's real anymore but apparently Deion said he wants to attend the first meeting Shedeur has with the Browns. If True talk about not reading the room
* The Mannings?I don't remember Deion's dad being there and guiding him throughout his career. Maybe back the hell off and let your kids have their own lives? It's no wonder that there are no father and son tandems in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Not with helicopter dads like him around.
* The Mannings?
* The Matthews?
Old article from 2014.There are two sets of fathers and sons who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame as Contributors (Tim Mara and Wellington Mara of the New York Giants; Art Rooney and Dan Rooney of the Pittsburgh Steelers) but none who have played or coached.Hall of Fame Fathers and Sons | Pro Football Hall of Fame

You are correct. It appears (as of 2020) there are now three pairs of fathers and sons in the Hall of Fame as contributors, but none as players or coaches. The latest father/son tandem were both involved with NFL Films.The article is from 2014.
