Standing Tall And Traded
since we've been talking about trades a lot, i'll throw in one
portland will probly be shaking up the team a little bit. so much talent, but it's not used very well. is there any deals we could do with portland. would the colangelos take a jail blazer?
there have been some rasheed wallace rumors, and while he has some attitude issues, i think he would fit in well with the suns style. this is a random trade, but it would make some sense for the teams.
Phoenix trades: PF Bo Outlaw (4.7 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.4 apg in 22.5 minutes)
SG Anfernee Hardaway (10.6 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.0 apg in 30.7 minutes)
Phoenix receives: PG Antonio Daniels (3.8 ppg, 1.1 rpg, 1.3 apg in 13.0 minutes)
PF Rasheed Wallace (18.1 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 2.1 apg in 36.3 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +6.6 ppg, -0.6 rpg, and -2.0 apg.
Portland trades: PG Antonio Daniels (3.8 ppg, 1.1 rpg, 1.3 apg in 13.0 minutes)
PF Rasheed Wallace (18.1 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 2.1 apg in 36.3 minutes)
Portland receives: PF Bo Outlaw (4.7 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.4 apg in 80 games)
SG Anfernee Hardaway (10.6 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.0 apg in 58 games)
Change in team outlook: -6.6 ppg, +0.6 rpg, and +2.0 apg.
TRADE ACCEPTED
Due to Phoenix and Portland being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Phoenix and Portland had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
portland has randolph who is playing very well. they receive a hustling outlaw and penny, who can still play and provide some leadership for them.
the suns get rasheed who can play center and a good athletic player in daniels that is a run and gunner like the teams style. he fell off the map becuase portland has so many players at his position.
