Happy Super Bowl Sunday to All. Seeing as it's a long wait to kickoff, and for those of us who are restless and bored, let's go a Mocking!

Here's mine:

1. STL: Ndamunkong Suh, DT, Nebraska. There's no way a defensive HC like Steve Spagnuolo will pass on this rare dynamo.

2. DET: Rolando McClain, LB, Alabama. When all the teams' draft grades are in, this guy will be at or near the top of all of them. Goodbye Larry Foote, hello Rolando.

3. TB: Eric Berry, S, Tennessee. The Bucs shop here. Berry is berry berry good.

4. WASH: Anthony Davis, T, Rutgers. Shanny loves drafting tackles.

5. KC: Gerald McCoy, DT, Oklahoma St. Todd Haley gets down on his hands and knees and begs Scott Pioli for WR Dez Bryant. Pioli gives him a hanky and takes BPA.

6. SEA: Charles Brown, T, USC. Get ready for the Trojan Explosion in the Great Northwest. Oh, for Pete's sake!

7. CLE: Joe Haden, CB, Florida. His name is already on the Browns' card as we speak.

8. OAK: C.J. Spiller, RB/KR, Clemson. Al will always take anyone on the board with sub 4.4 speed.

9. BUF: Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma. Chan Gailey always knows where to start in building an offense and he plans to be around a while.

10. DEN: Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame. B'Josh, he got his QBOF after all.

11. JAX: Dez Bryant, WR, Oklahoma St. Made to order for what they need.

12. MIA: Navorro Bowman, LB, Penn. St. A Parcells'-type player.

13. SF: Trent Williams, T, Oklahoma. The new bookend opposite Joe Staley.

14. SEA: Everson Griffen, DE, USC. The heir to Kerney on the left side.

15. NYG: Russell Okung, T, Oklahoma St. Great value here in need area.

16. SF: Jermaine Gresham, TE, Oklahoma. What? They have Vernon Davis? Yeah, but they are enamored with the 2 TE sets and tried to get production out of Delanie Walker and didn't get much. I'll tell ya, this is going to be tough to defend---Gresham/Gore/Davis.

17. TEN: Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, South Florida. Best edge rusher on the board, which is what they need.

18. PIT: Dan Williams, NT, Tennessee. Reloading for bear.

19. ATL: Sergio Kindle, OLB, Texas. Fits their style of defense.

20. HOU: Brandon Graham, DE, Michigan. They have to get to Peyton eventually.

21. CIN: Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati. Homespun TD maker.

22. NE: Golden Tate, WR, Notre Dame. They thank Charlie for grooming him.

23. GB: Ricky Sapp, OLB, Clemson. Pass rushers needed.

24. PHI: Sean Weatherspoon, LB, Missouri. If he's here, I guarantee that the Eagles pick him. The will hope one day he will be the type of emotional leader Brian Dawkins was.

25. BAL: Earl Thomas, S, Texas. Ed Reed is nearing retirement.

26. ARZ: Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida. As a rookie, will be used as an edge rusher in passing situations. Ideally the Cardinals would have wanted an ILB here, but Weatherspoon is off the board, so they go with the pass rusher they want.

27. DAL: Jared Odrick, DT, Penn. St. They want to be even quicker up front.

28. SD: Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Georgia Tech. LT is on the way out and Sproles need someone to share the load with.

29. NYJ: Brian Price, DT, UCLA. This Price is right for Rex. He can't count on Kris Jenkins being healthy.

30. MIN: Taylor Mays, FS, USC. They ruin Pete Carroll's hopes of hitting the Trojan Trifecta...although, don't be surprised if Pete tries to jump in here or just ahead of them.

31. NO: Rennie Curran, LB, Georgia. May be one of the most under-rated players in the draft. Is on the small side, but plays fast and delivers big hits.

32. IND: Mike Iupati, G, Idaho. The rich get richer and have the luxury of grooming him and finding where he's the best fit.

For each poster's mock...let's do what Lindy's does:

Good Move:

Tell Me Why:

Could Surprise:

For example, here's what they said after the Cardinals' draft laft year:

Good Move: Itching to dump Edgerrin James, they waited and got their replacement in Wells.

Tell Me Why: Toler, H. Johnson, Davis and Canfield all carry significant question marks.

Could Surprise: Stevens-Howling might be a replacement for J.J. Arrington.

I will provide these for yours.

Good reasoning for some of your picks Mitch, but there is NO WAY the Cards pass Jerry Hughes for Dunlap!!! He is probably the best edge rusher in the draft & the Cards need 1 badly. Dunlap doesnt lack for talent, but if the Cards remain a 3-4 team in my opinion Dunlap doesn't fit the need.

In your opinion, why do you think Sam Bradford is the 1st QB selected? Buffalo needs a QB to step in right away and Clausen has worked in a pro style offense, being under center.

Entertaining, but FAR different than my thoughts. Bowman, Gilyard, Tate, Curran, Dwyer, and maybe even Brown won't go in the 1st round in my opinion. Thanks for the posts though. I'll take a whack at one later today.

1. STL: Jimmy Claussen, QB, ND. Everyone loves Suh but St Louis can't justify # 1 money on a DT and Spags figures he won't ever be picking this high again. Jimmy is way underatted an offseason to look at all his measurables and ridiculous numbers in a Pro style offense will cause the Rams to go franchise QB. You heard it hear first.

2. DET: Suh, DT, Nebraska: No brainer once Claussen goes #1

3. TB: Russel Okung, OT, Oklahoma State: Priority 1, 2, and 3 - Protect Freeman

4. WASH: Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma. After he goes through his offseason an proves his shoulder is okay, Snyder goes for the big name and Shanahan buys himself some time with Bradford.

5. KC: Eric Berry, S, Tennessee Playmakers needed. This pick shores up their secondary

6. SEA: Derrick Morgan, DE, GT. Pass rusher is a need and Pete goes for the best one available

7. CLE: Joe Haden, CB, Florida. No brainer for team with no secondary playmakers

8. OAK: Bruce Campbell, OT, Maryland. Has the measurables, is a postion of need, and they are going to give Jamarcus Everychance to succeed. Cable smiles at this pick

9. BUF: Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers. Run on tackles continues

10. DEN: Dez Bryant, WR, OK State. Brandon Marshalls replacement

11. JAX: Gerald McCoy, DT, OK. He drops much much to the delight of the JAX front office

12. MIA: Rolando McClain, ILB, Alabama. ILB's tend to fall come draft day. But this is the best one in awhile and I see Miami giving up Crowder and a 2 for Q so this is his replacement

13. SF: Trent Williams, T, Oklahoma. They need OL help in the worst way

14. SEA: CJ Spiller, RB, Clemson. Offensive playmaker the team desperately needs

15. NYG: Dan Williams, NT, Tennessee. Need a guy to take up space and give keep those passrushers and LB's free

16. SF: Brandon Graham, DE, Michigan. Draft day Riser goes to SF to rush the passer

17. TEN: Brian Price, DT, UCLA. Haynesworth replacment

18. PIT: Bryan Bulaga, OT, Iowa . Need to keep Ben upright

19. ATL: Sergio Kindle, OLB, Texas. Makes sense on a couple different levels

20. HOU: Jared Odrick, DT, Penn St. Team admits they whiffed on Okoye and takes his replacment.

21. CIN: Jermaine Gresham, TE, Oklahoma. Here is another weapon for the passing game

22. NE: Jerry Hughes, OLB, TCU. Pass rusher with the measurables they need.

23. GB: Charles Brown, OT, USC. Green Bay concludes the run on tackles

24. PHI: Taylor Mays, S, USC. I don't see the Eagles going Witherspoon at all. I know for a fact that team loves Bradley and he should return to full strength. The team goes for another thumper in the secondary to replace Dawkins desire and head hunting

25. BAL: Earl Thomas, S, Texas. Goes to Ed Reed training school.

26. ARZ: Terrence Cody, DT, Alabama. The team seriosuly considers Witherspoon here but with the Dolphins #2 in hand and thoughts of Brandon Spikes being available combined with ILB ALWAYS dropping (look up Vilma, Ray Lewis, Malaluga) the NT with the disruptive ways gets the call

27. DAL: Mike Iupati, G, Idaho Must. Keep. Romo. Upright.

28. SD: Ricky Sapp, OLB, Clemson. Merrimans replacement and you can never have enough pass rushers

29. NYJ: Golden Tate, WR, ND. Another playmaker for Sanchez. I could also see Everson Griffin going here.

30. MIN: Patrick Robinson, CB, FSU They need someone other then Winfield to be a playmaker in the secondary

31. NO: Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida. Super Bowl shows they need more pass rush and they make the value pick here. Not sure if Bourbon Street is a good place for this guy though ;)

32. IND: Sean Witherspoon, ILB, Missouri. The fall stops here. Superbowl champs get another LB to add to an already ultra quick, sure tackling defense

Bucky, I would not be disappointed if the Cardinals drafted Hughes. He's not as highly rated as Dunlap, but Dunlap has the DUI working against him, which is why he may slide.

I think it's a toss of the coin and a matter of preference, TJ. I don't think either Bradford or Clausen will step in right away, thus if Chan Gailey sees a little more upside in Bradford (as some do), he'll take him.

Again, Mitch why would the Cards draft a DE? Do you think he can play OLB or do you the Cards will make a switch back to the 4-3?

I like the guts on some of the picks, some of them are different. Only saw a few things I have contention with.

Lions love there third rounder from last year, Levy. He is why Foote isn't going to be asked back and why they go a different route then McClain with the #2 pick. Thats a lot of money for a LB and there is a reason why a LB hasn't gone higher then #4 in the draft since Arrington in the 2000 draft.

I cant see Okung not being the 1st OT taken let alone the 4th one taken.

I know Al Davis likes speed but he also really loves his current McFadden/Bush duo. Even Al probably wont see how Spiller fits in there.

I am not sure about Earl Thomas is a safety. His strengths, weaknesses, 5-10 190 pound body scream CB to me.

Because teams pass so much these days Bucky, the Cardinals realize that they have to try to generate a prolific 4 man pass rush. Dunlap, IMO, is the most talented edge rusher in this draft...his size, strength to speed ratio is off the charts.

You may be on to something with the pick of Claussen #1. When are they going to get their QB? Next year?

You got Bulaga going twice.

Didn't Cody go to Alabama?

Good draft picks, well thought out.

I can actually see the reasoning behind it. This might not be Mitch's idea behind it but bare with me. Lets face it we may run a 3-4 and Berry may have been called an OLB but how many times did you actually see Berry on the field standing up? IMO Berry was not a 3-4 OLB in our system he was still a DE who played exclusively in nickel and pass situations where Berry came in as the rush end either with 4 man front or 3 man front. Dunlap could take over for that role.

1) Tampa - Ndamukong Suh DT
Tampa covets Suh and the Rams want to draft Bradford so this trade makes sense.

2) Detroit - Gerald McCoy DT
The Lions get the 2nd best DT but he should be a good fit for their D line.

3) St. Louis - Sam Bradford QB
The Rams get their QB of the future and pick up another pick.

4) Washington - Russell Okung OT
I think Shanahan wants to see what Campbell can do with some protection.

5) K.C. - Eric Berry FS
K.C. gets a one of the best players in the draft.

6) Seattle - Derrick Morgan DE
Seattle seriously needs to upgrade their pass rush and they get their guy.

7) Cleveland - Joe Haden CB
No brainer

8) Oakland - Rolando McClain ILB
The Raiders need to stop the run and this is their first step.

9) Buffalo - Anthony Davis OT
The Bills need to fix their O line and Davis has way too much potential to let him get by.

10) Denver - Jimmy Clausen QB
McDaniels can't pass up his QB of the future.

11) Jacksonville - Dez Bryant WR
The Jags need a play maker and its way too soon for Tebow.

12) Miami - Sergio Kindle OLB
Parcels is prone to drafting a talented LB with his 1st pick.

13) San Francisco - Trent Williams OT
The 49ers shore up their line with a solid RT

14) Seattle - C.J. Spiller RB
Spiller would add some spark to their running game.

15) NY Giants - Taylor Mays SS
The Giants are happy to fill a need with Mays talent.

16) San Francisco - Carlos Dunlap DE
A play making defensive end is what the 49ers could use.

17) Tennessee - Everson Griffen DE
The Titans need to upgrade their pass rush and Griffen is a good fit.

18) Pittsburgh - Bryan Bulaga OT
The Steelers O line needs help and here it is.

19) Atlanta - Jason Pierre-Paul DE
This guy has the potential to be amazing and the Falcons go for it
.
20) Houston - Earl Thomas S
The Texans need help on D and Thomas fills a need.

21) Cincinatti - Golden Tate WR
The Bengals need help on offense and Tate is a play maker

22) New England - Jermaine Gresham TE
It doesn't look like Watson will be back and Gresham provides Brady with another weapon.

23) Green Bay - Bruce Campbell OT
The Packers need to protect Rodgers and Campbell is a value pick here.

24) Philadelphia - Brandon Graham DE
Graham's performance during Senoir Bowl week moved him up here. The Eagles like fast defensive players and Graham is fast and can get to the QB
.
25) Baltimore - Brandon LaFell WR
They finally get Flacco a much needed target.

26) Arizona - Sean Weatherspoon ILB
If the Cards lose Dansby to FA and Weatherspoon is still around, then this pick makes the most sense. If they manage to keep Dansby then I look for them to go NT with Williams or Cody. I have them taking Eric Norwood in the 2nd.

27) Dallas - Mike Iupati OG
The Cowboys get a big value pick here that fills a need.

28) San Diego - Jonathan Dwyer RB
Dwyer will pair nicely with Sproles to shore up their running attack.

29) NY Jets - Dan Williams NT
Ryan is a D guy and won't let Williams slip by. Hi will eventually replace Jenkins.

30) Minnesota - Patrick Robinson CB
The Vikings are down a CB already and really need help here.

31) New Orleans - Navorro Bowman LB
The Saints add a play making LB

32) Indianapolis - Jared Odrick DT
Indy needs help on their interior line and Odrick is a good fit.

Works for me. We need to get that impact rusher from the edge again. Dunlap with some personal issues may be there.

You may be exactly right,Joe, about Levy, although he's a smallish LB for the middle (not to say that can't work). I think they are going to fall in love with McClain and his leadership, which would allow them to play Levy on the outside if he can be an asset there.

The tackle situation is getting very interesting. I just read an article today on ESPN Insider that was titled "Okung and Williams (Trent) Still Have Work To Do"...the gist of it is that the teams' rankings of the tackles is going to be very interesting and difficult.

I think Al Davis could see Spiller as his new KO return home run threat (didn't he release Justin Miller? And I think he doesn't want Johnny Lee Higgens returning punts and KOs), and a multi-dimensional player on offense...play in the backfield, play in the slot, play outside. Predicting Al's annual surprise is near impossible...I actually think AF might have nailed it in Bruce Campbell.

Good points about Earl Thomas. Yet, the scouts are raving about his skills.

I think the Raiders take Carlos Dunlap. He's 6' 6" 290 lbs and can move like a LB. There's no way Al Davis passes that up, plus their 2 starting DE's are 34 year old Greg Ellis (7 sacks this year) and 30 year old Richard Seymour (4 sacks this year.)

That 1st overall pick is going to interesting to watch, does STL take the consensus best player in Suh or the greater need of QB?

Tell Me Why: The Cardinals take Cody over Dunlap or Sapp.

Could Surprise: Bruce Campbell, T, Maryland.

I think your explanations are very persuasive.

I see Claussen rising up the draft boards come April. I don't like the kid all that much but his numbers, size, and accuracy are just too much too pass up. I read an interesting article about him maybe being the best junior QB ever to come out of a prostyle offense. Thats high praise and I saw him play live twice and he passed the eyeball test. I don't see Suh really killing the combine and teams will pick him apart and cause him to drop. Thats 4 months out though.

I see Watson leaving, Branch being moved to DE permanantly and Cody is a great pick as he was was projected Top 5 last year and his team won the NC this year. He was a big part of that and you see how Wiz values DT's. One of the few times we have traded up recently was to get Branch. I just see the ILB value being there in the 2nd round (thats where we got Karlos) and DT's Williams and Cody are good value.

Like many Maryland guys, Campbell will be a workout warrior and will shoot up the draft board.

Good Mock! A lot of the same picks I had and some sound reasoning on the others.

Good Move: I like the Mays to Phillie pick. It never donned on me but it makes total sense.

Tell Me Why: DE's usually go fast so I don't see Dunlap falling to 31.

Could Surprise: I could see McCoy taking a tumble if the 1st 2 picks went this way.

I had Dunlap going earlier to New England originally but with his recent DUI, IMO character issues will cause him to drop. And being a dirty punk will have him fit RIGHT in with Gregg Wiliams defense :)

1) Tampa - Ndamukong Suh DT
Tampa covets Suh and the Rams want to draft Bradford so this trade makes sense.

2) Detroit - Gerald McCoy DT
The Lions get the 2nd best DT but he should be a good fit for their D line.

3) St. Louis - Sam Bradford QB
The Rams get their QB of the future and pick up another pick.

4) Washington - Russell Okung OT
I think Shanahan wants to see what Campbell can do with some protection.

5) K.C. - Eric Berry FS
K.C. gets a one of the best players in the draft.

6) Seattle - Derrick Morgan DE
Seattle seriously needs to upgrade their pass rush and they get their guy.

7) Cleveland - Joe Haden CB
No brainer

8) Oakland - Rolando McClain ILB
The Raiders need to stop the run and this is their first step.

9) Buffalo - Anthony Davis OT
The Bills need to fix their O line and Davis has way too much potential to let him get by.

10) Denver - Jimmy Clausen QB
McDaniels can't pass up his QB of the future.

11) Jacksonville - Dez Bryant WR
The Jags need a play maker and its way too soon for Tebow.

12) Miami - Sergio Kindle OLB
Parcels is prone to drafting a talented LB with his 1st pick.

13) San Francisco - Trent Williams OT
The 49ers shore up their line with a solid RT

14) Seattle - C.J. Spiller RB
Spiller would add some spark to their running game.

15) NY Giants - Taylor Mays SS
The Giants are happy to fill a need with Mays talent.

16) San Francisco - Carlos Dunlap DE
A play making defensive end is what the 49ers could use.

17) Tennessee - Everson Griffen DE
The Titans need to upgrade their pass rush and Griffen is a good fit.

18) Pittsburgh - Bryan Bulaga OT
The Steelers O line needs help and here it is.

19) Atlanta - Jason Pierre-Paul DE
This guy has the potential to be amazing and the Falcons go for it
.
20) Houston - Earl Thomas S
The Texans need help on D and Thomas fills a need.

21) Cincinatti - Golden Tate WR
The Bengals need help on offense and Tate is a play maker

22) New England - Jermaine Gresham TE
It doesn't look like Watson will be back and Gresham provides Brady with another weapon.

23) Green Bay - Bruce Campbell OT
The Packers need to protect Rodgers and Campbell is a value pick here.

24) Philadelphia - Brandon Graham DE
Graham's performance during Senoir Bowl week moved him up here. The Eagles like fast defensive players and Graham is fast and can get to the QB
.
25) Baltimore - Brandon LaFell WR
They finally get Flacco a much needed target.

26) Arizona - Sean Weatherspoon ILB
If the Cards lose Dansby to FA and Weatherspoon is still around, then this pick makes the most sense. If they manage to keep Dansby then I look for them to go NT with Williams or Cody. I have them taking Eric Norwood in the 2nd.

27) Dallas - Mike Iupati OG
The Cowboys get a big value pick here that fills a need.

28) San Diego - Jonathan Dwyer RB
Dwyer will pair nicely with Sproles to shore up their running attack.

29) NY Jets - Dan Williams NT
Ryan is a D guy and won't let Williams slip by. Hi will eventually replace Jenkins.

30) Minnesota - Patrick Robinson CB
The Vikings are down a CB already and really need help here.

31) New Orleans - Navorro Bowman LB
The Saints add a play making LB

32) Indianapolis - Jared Odrick DT
Indy needs help on their interior line and Odrick is a good fit.

Nice job, bg7brd!

At first I wondered if the Rams would be gambling too much to trade down to #3...Detroint won't be taking a QB, but someone could trade up into their spot, especially a team that senses the Rams will be taking a QB there...but I like the boldness of the move.

Good Move: Tabbing TE Jermaine Gresham for the Pats. Great thinking there.

Tell Me Why: The Giants would draft Taylor Mays having used their '08 1st rounder on Kenny Phillips.

Could Surprise: T Anthony Davis...you and I both have him in the Top 10.

Plus, you and I want the same guy: Sean Weatherspoon. But, I think he's now a Top 25 pick. But, like AF said, ILBers tend to fall in the draft.

Good call, Assface. Dunlap has the wow factor that Al covets.

Good mock Mitch. Some interesting "outside of the box" thinking.

Good Move: Looks like we both have Clausen falling to the Broncos

Tell Me Why: I just don't see the 49ers going TE in the 1st.

Could Surprise I don't see OT Charlie Brown going as high as 6 but you never know.
