IF AND WHEN HEALTHY...
Leave it to Florio; know-nothing douche...
The Giants were the better team. But they lost the turnover battle 4-0 and gave up a special teams touchdown. I can see where someone could say "they were the better team so they should have won".this one is BS. We held the lead for probably 50 minutes of that game. Did the Giants make mistakes? yes. but the idea that they should have "won" that game is ludicrous.

1. Seattle: If the Pats can blame the heat in Week 1, then the champs get to use that excuse too! Plus, it wasn't fair that Philip Rivers wouldn't let Russell Wilson play with his ball for 75% of the game!
2. Denver: I am putting them on here out of pity. Because after they visit Seattle in Week 3, no one is going to respect this team anymore. They'll be doing the walk of shame all the way back to Denver.
3. Philly: They went on the road and beat the Indianapolis Andrew Lucks. I mostly rank them this high because they seem to be able to take the field with 19 people, including the 8 officials.
4. Bengals: This team looks legit and is my #2 team in the AFC right now. Plus Devon Still > Adrian Peterson right now.
5. Saints: They're 0-2? Pay no attention to that! We know they wouldn't win on the road anyway! They never do! But now that they have 8 games at home and only 6 more on the road, they will win the majority of their remaining games. Plus, Drew Brees!!!!!!!!
6. Panthers: Only until the Saints come marching through Carolina, though. Drew Brees!!!!
7. Patriots:That was a quality win, going into Minnesota and thrashing an Adrian Peterson-less Vikings squad!
8. Bears: They beat the Niners in SF. Wait, why are they so low on my list? Oh yeah, Drew Brees!!!!
9. Niners: Sure, they looked pretty bad in the second half. But a good half of 49er football is usually enough to put most teams away. I'll let due process play out before I judge the Bears loss more harshly.
10. Chargers: I bet if they had to wear their blue uni's in the heat, they wouldn't have won. Plus, I'd rather punch Philip Rivers in the face than move his team up into single-digit rankings.
11. Houston Texans: Why not show them some love while it lasts?
12. Buffalo Bills: See #11 above
13. Arizona Cardinals: Those weren't gutsy 4th quarter comebacks. Those were choke-jobs by their opponents. The Cards should be 0-2, but I have to rank them here before we start getting accused of bias or something. I don't know. My editor had to remind me that Arizona even has a team.

3. Arizona Cardinals (3-0) | Previous Rank: 4
How about a Cardinals-Bengals Super Bowl? Both once-downtrodden franchises have been among the league’s best teams so far. The Cardinals are building on last season’s 10-6 playoff near-miss. They have the highly regarded Seahawks and 49ers chasing them in the NFC West and they’re getting it done with backup QB Drew Stanton starting the past two games. Bruce Arians is showing he’s one of the NFL’s better coaches, with relatively little fanfare. He’s now 22-9 including his 12-game stretch filling in for Chuck Pagano in Indianapolis.

Arizona Cardinals(3-0) HIGH: 4 / LOW: 13
Backup quarterback Drew Stanton is now 2-0 as a starter. After struggling a bit and serving as more of a game manager against the Giants, Stanton showed improved pocket presence and his two touchdown passes to rookie WR John Brown helped overcome a 14-6 defect against the 49ers. Despite not having Carson Palmer, Bruce Arians stuck to his scheme and called for 13 deep passes—more than any team in Week 3. This is a team that knows what they want to do, executes, and makes very few mental errors.

The 3-0 Cardinals have made a strong case for being considered a real division contender. Next up: Denver on the road after the bye.
6. Arizona Cardinals (No. 8; 3-0): Bruce Arians isn’t the coach of the year; he’s the coach of the century.

6. Arizona Cardinals (3-0, LW: 9)
To be honest, I don't think they should be this high. But look at the teams behind them and tell me who you trust more right now.
Yahoo. That's more like it.
I don't believe in win - loss counting as a power - ranking after only 3 games. Seattle still the team to beat. Anyone see them drive on Denver for the winning TD in overtime? Wilson was phenomenal. Poised and clutch. That dude scares me. Way more than any other QB.
I'm not even sure we're top 10 until we win without a 2nd half comeback. If you're good, if you're a SB team, you're going to get a blowout at some point and I don't see it right now. Even merely good teams have the lead in games. What game have we led? Before coming back to hold on? None.
This is not a powerhouse team.
Take a breath dudes.
Putting us in the top 5. LOL
Not yet. Though I will say we haven't hit our stride. But not yet. Stop drinking the 'lade and look at reality.

I hope this is a reverse jinx. We played 3 games so far:
1. First game of the season, so a rust-filled slow-start isn't unusual. Played against a team that looks really good so far.
2. Backup QB starts early east coast game at the last minute.
3. Playing against the 49ers, a team that has dominated us as of late.
Put those three scenarios up for any team, and I doubt we see any blowouts. Hell, I doubt we see very many teams go 3-0.
The easy part of our schedule has yet to unfold. We still have the Redskins, Rams, Cowboys, and Chiefs to play. This was actually a pretty brutal way to start the season.
Agree, was attempting to keep myself in check. Lol. I had just finished looking at our schedule again after the Denver game. It's hard not to get excited. Those divisional games at the end of the schedule are so crucial...
