Twitter today.. lots of stuff happening..

Mathieu looking like a beast.. 2 INTs in 3 plays.. passes broken up.

Dan Williams carted off field with leg injury.

Calais Campbell limping off field with leg injury, seen stretching on the side.

Palmer no INTs.. was Stanton or others throwing the INTs.

According to twitter, Dan was able to walk to the cart and they drove him inside to have it looked at. For CC, it sounds like cramping. Afterall it is hot and humid today.

Semi-good news on Dan.

CC, I figured as much if that's the case. Easy to cramp up in this weather if you get dehydrated.

This is why a good-looking top of an early depth chart can lull you to sleep.

Suddenly David Carter and guys named Padric Scott along with $4 - 5 mil in spare cap space take on added importance.

According to MJ, the dumpster was in severe pain & teammates were screaming for the cart! Lets hope it's better than what it sounds like! If its not good I still like how Carter played his rookie year.

Twitter says, he pounded the ground, got up and walked himself to the cart. Later he was seen walking without aid to the bus. Precautionary tests to come.

Well I'm hoping that's true, cause he's a valueable player in our run D

Honey Badger is the steal of the draft, IMO. Hope it translates to the NFL, but you just can't teach the instincts that guy has - uncanny ability to be in the middle of a big play.

We'll see but I tend to agree. he just had amazing instincts for the ball at LSU.

Some guys just defy logic in that regard, like the guy in basketball who has such good hands he can get steals consistently when others get fouls or get burned.

I do worry about his size but I suspect Tyrann is going to make some big plays for us.

I'm still amazed I don't hate this pick there's just some reason with him that I'm willing to believe he might actually behave himself. No idea why I think that way.

I don't doubt his skills, but I worry once he has some success in this league. There has already been rumors from him he was gonna go back to his alter ego, the honey badger. IMO doing stuff like that worries me where his head truly is. :bang:

I don't hate the pick because I figure a) the kid has AMAZING talent and b) it will probably e three years before his knuckleheadedness returns. But I want to win NOW so I'll take short term gain. Probably hate it later when his old ways come bak to haunt him...and the cynic in me believes that is inevitable, but tis what it is.

Watch him play football and don't worry so much. He has a lot of people in his corner to help him. He has been practicing hard, learning and is all over the field. i can't say for sure but I believe this kid is going to make it!

Something tells me that there are far more success stories of athletes that stopped doing drugs and stayed away from them than there are stories of these guys going back to them later on. Just to make sure I really hope the organiztion continues to stay on top of this throughout his tenure with the team and not just the first year or 2 of his career.

Just saw the HB highlights on the Cards official site. I especially liked when he laid out Alfonso Smith.

I am sure the kid can avoid pot during his nfl career. Its not like him hearing fans scream honey badger and him embracing it means now he cant say no to smoking weed.

We'd all be crazy to thing that a good chunk of the NFL isn't thugging it up. Smoking weed is common among young people of all demographic groups, and I would guess 1/3 of the NFL probably smokes it regularly.

The problem with Mathieu is that he now is targeted because of his past transgressions.
