“That’s my message to the fans,
although we’ve had instability in the past, I’m only focused forward. I’m not concerned with previous regimes or previous teams. The players on this team, this is their team, their future and that’s where my focus is.”

He did? "So the decision with Igor was mine and mine alone," seems pretty definite. Whether you believe him or not is another story, but he did answer the question.Dodged the question nearly completely...
The question was "when asked how much input Robert Sarver had on his decision to fire Igor Kokoskov". He said the decision was his and his alone. That is not answering the question at all. That is asking the hearer to infer that Sarver had no input. He could have been directly told to fire Igor, and the decision to do it was still his decision. I don't personally care either way - we've been dealing with political double-speak for ages now...He did? "So the decision with Igor was mine and mine alone," seems pretty definite. Yes, we know Jones made the decision... never mind.I read it differently. James Jones made the decision. I think it's pretty definitive.
From looking at all available info, Igor's biggest undoing was his poor communication with players. I know any time I listened to his radio interviews, I struggled to understand what he was saying.
I like the two main candidates so far, and I think the Suns are on the right track. Young coach with experience and respect around the league.
