Dobbs making it worth the trade

Improving each week

So many positive things to say about this team right now, and I can't believe how this season has played out so far.

But I love the energy and effort these guys play with every down. I'm damn proud of this team, and they are super fun to watch! :)

I'm coming around to this point of view. Should have just signed him earlier for no compensation, but he was nails today.

I think that realistically, had this team signed Josh Dobbs in March for $2m+ guaranteed a large section of the board would have melted down.

In the end he cost us Josh Jones. That seems like a fair swap.

I'm all in for Dobbs,,, a QB who can run and take a hit without having to slide down to avoid contact.
True he may possibly get hurt, but I have more respect for Dobbs.
I'm seeing our multi-million-dollar QB now has some competition for the position.

But why? I know that Wilkinson hasn't been playing well, is that it?

I'm guessing so. Also might be a situational thing, maybe Colon in more on rushing downs or short yardage etc?

Wilkinson obviously flawed. Maybe using Colon to cover some of them. Maybe between them they will make one better player.
