Does junior have the right to veto a trade? What if the chargers trade him against his wishes (or so the press says) to the cardinals...I assume he would have to show up ..or retire for the life of his contract (3 or 4 more years)...

Given that he supposedly wants to be traded to a team that plays san diego..so he can show them they are wrong..does not sound like he and the chargers are exactly on great terms..Not sure if seau has the right to veto a trade..I hear about it in baseball quite a bit - but not much in the NFL..anyone know for sure?

FWIW - not sure I want junior here..I have no idea how much he has left in the tank..just curious about the trade veto thing..

I was wondering the same thing...

My guess is that he COULD be traded to us, thats why he went to the media to help stop us from trying...

I wanted him real bad but after those comments I am starting to see a side of him that is gunna tarnish how great of a player/guy I thought he was...
