Look at some of the QB's he's evaluated and given positive feedback about on 'Gruden's QB Camp' and you'll see what I mean. Brandon Weeden, Johnny Manziel, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg, Nathan Peterman, and Paxton Lynch were all QBs he really liked.

But liking someone and drafting them is a whole different ball game.
