The Los Angeles Rams lost two defensive linemen early in free agency but they’re bringing back one of their own. The team has agreed to a one-year deal with Larrell Murchison, keeping him in horns for another season.
This move comes after the Rams signed Poona Ford to a three-year deal and lost both Bobby Brown III and Neville Gallimore.
Murchison missed the entire 2024 season with some terrible injury luck. He started the year on IR with a forearm injury but returned to practice after missing the first four games. In his first practice back, he broke his foot and went back on IR, sidelining him for the remainder of the season.
He’s been with the Rams since the end of the 2022 season when they claimed him off waivers from the Titans. He played three games with Los Angeles that season and 15 games (three starts) in 2023, recording two sacks and 22 total tackles since joining the Rams.
