Did anyone see the end of the Rams/Lions game yesterday? Basically the game was over and Lions were taking a knee. Rams had no timeouts so the game was over. The Lions snapped the ball and the Rams d line crashed hard almost seriously injuring the Lions center and Matt Stafford.

Yeah because that never happens at the end of NFL games.
:sarcasm:

But you put it on a highlight reel on ESPN and it's a story. Please...

When you see us do it, then talk on this board. We don't have a coach that encourages that sort of thing. Bush-league, punk-ass BS. 7-9 BS, in fact.

Some other team did it recently and got a bunch of flack because teams do not do that. This is only the second team I have seen to crash the line on victory formations.

Fisher said the call to do the rush on the victory formation did not come from the sideline.

I imagine it would be a major penalty and a huge fine but someone needs to run a play, probably on a KO return, where the entire team intentionally runs at Fisher and Williams on the sideline and goes out of their way to knock them both down.

Let me get my DVR set up first. That would be classic.

It was the Bucs with that douchebag college coach, Shiano (Sp?)

Playing LA is more about coming out of the game healthy than winning. It's one thing to be tough; it's an entirely different thing to try to win games by injuring the opposition. It's classless.

Bush League 7-9 BS to me. Williams has a history of BS like this tho, so you would think teams would expect it. They fine repeat offenders more then they did for the first offense, maybe he needs a 2 year suspension this time.

Or better yet fake the victory formation and as all 11 members of the D crashes the pile pop a screen to the Rams sideline to smoke and let him score one more time. He could run down the sideline with the ball held out in one hand so Fisher and Greg Williams can taste it.
