Josh Hamilton says he's ''good to go'' and expects to be activated from the disabled list by the Texas Rangers on Tuesday. Hamilton has been on the DL since June 4 with a strained left hamstring. The outfielder was with the Rangers on Monday, but was told he was sitting out the opener of a four-game series against the Orioles.
