Getting Acho in the lineup has paid huge dividends. He's looking like a steal in the fourth round. Washington has also played like a star over the last few weeks. There's a lot of talent on this D. Hopefully, Horton can continue to put it together.

But lets not get ahead of ourselves. Vick was mis-firing today, and the PHI offense looked out of synch.

We'll face better offenses than that as we go down the stretch.

Well then you have to give creadit to our defense for that. We put some presssure on him early and they could run early in the game either. That IMO got out of synch today.

Horton has dialed way back on the blitzing and that was necessary. We just don't have the secondary to play man and blizt 3/4s of the time.

We beat up the Eagles today without getting a ton of penalties which was very impressive.

Acho is a really good LB that I hope can develop as a rusher. If he does, he could be a pro bowler. Really smart player with good awareness on the field.

Washington is getting a Pro Bowl vote from me.

Peterson is locking players down. Has really progressed since bye week.

Jefferson showed me today that he can be a great 3rd CB.

Marshall might deserve a look at S long term.

Campbell makes plays in many different ways.

I am so happy about the defenses play all around today. Showed more fortitude than I have ever seen over these past two weeks, and I think that we are seeing the power of confidence in professional players. Our defense is confident in their ability to shut teams down despite what the offense is doing. Bring on Alex Smith.

Our defense has been looking better and better. Our corner play gets better every week. Acho is way better than Porter. Our d-line is getting pressure, even when we were rushing 3, Vick had to scramble.

Best they have played all year. Horton had his best day today! Were far from great on D, but there are some good players on there to build on.

Marshal at S might be a good move.
