Acho and O'brien plus Bradley helps our stars Washington, Calais, Big D and others make plays. Great going to all on our D the last two weeks.. Specialk shout out to Mr. Wilson who has been coming on.

Our defense has been looking better and better. Our corner play gets better every week. Acho is way better than Porter. Our d-line is getting pressure, even when we were rushing 3, Vick had to scramble.

I agree completely although I would have said Acho is way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way better than Porter.

First time in a long time I can say that the defense had a good complete game. Congrats and I hope to see more.

Nice to see the young players showing what they can do when given opportunities.

It's amazing how much better the defense has gotten since, and I quote K9, the rotting corpse of Joey Porter has been removed from the lineup.

Acho looked really good today. He can be an every down LB. For a guy that looks small, he plays smart, and with great technique

I don't think O'Brien Schofield is going to be anything but a pass rush specialist, but WOW, I mean, WOW. Seeing Schofield in person really showed how incredibly quick he is.

Schofield BLEW by the Eagles offensive line at least 3 times, and I mean he was barely touched by the guy trying to block him, if at all.

I'm not sure I even heard Bradley's name called today. Dumpster Dan either.

Bradley played OLB a couple times today, but didn't do much.

Dumpster Dan wasn't on the field more than 10 snaps.

The Cardinals only had 2 down linemen for much of the game.

DT: Campbell
DT: Dockett
OLB: Acho
ILB: Washington
ILB: Lenon
OLB: Haggans
CB: Peterson
CB: Marshall/Jefferson
CB: Adams
SS: Wilson
FS: Johnson/Marshall

I saw this package for most of the game, and it seemed that Wilson was playing more of a WILB position, Washington more of a SILB position, and Lenon just followed Vick everywhere.

Or something close to that.

Yeah, the Cardinals were almost exclusively in their nickel package.

Come on guys don't you know it was all because of Skelton were winning... The D has stepped up the last few weeks and held the opponents in check only giving up one offensive TD thats the MAIN reason we won these games is we didn't have to try and outscore people like the previous 2 months!

It helped the defense to have an offense that can sustain drives and isnt constantly putting the D in spots where they have to defend a short field.

The defense also handed Kolb a win against the Ravens, sadly Kolb handed it right back.

Horton impressed me no end by bringing his "spy" off the edge to harass Vick instead of having him sit and watch. Great defensive scheme and DWash made the most of it.

Has given me a bit of hope for our defense and it's future. Sign Campbell.

So the players are starting to get the "complicated D?" Imagine if they had an offseason to learn a little more. The potential of how good this D may have been. Just saying

Adams played a lot and next to Washington, was the most effective person on defense. I did notice Carter a few times and he seemed to have had a good game also.

In a couple years, I'm sure Stewart Bradley will get it. He just needs time .

Wasn't the biggest Horton fan when he was hired. But after half a season in the system, things are starting to click. The defense has surrendered just one TD in the last two games! The young guns are making leaps in their progress every week. And opposing offenses look confused and uncomfortable.

I'll happily eat crow if he can keep a good think going for the rest of the year.

Ah, the Kolb homer speaks. No one says that Skelton is the only reason we're winning. That's just a load of hyperbole on your part. The defense did a good job bailing out Skelton, as well as Feely. Skelton certainly played his part, though, and anyone that disagrees with that is either lying or selling something ;)

Skelton has looked like an inexperienced and young QB with some skills/traits that you can build on.
