Fills a need.

Hopefully he can contribute right away. Seems kinda small though. 6'1" 235lbs.

He is definitely over 240 lbs. Measured 241 at the combine I think. Still kind of small for what I like in a SILB type but he looks the part looked closer to 250 at the combine the way he carries. Very strong in the core area it looked like at the combine.

Quan will be a very solid contributer to this team & I think he's pretty solid is pass defense too...IMO a step above Gerald Hayes when he was good.

I like it. He'll probably be relegated to special teams at first, but he was a nice value pick. Also, this should mean the end of Reggie Nelson. I have no idea how that guy has hung around for so long.

Rod Graves: "I'm sorry Reggie Nelson, but were going to have to cut you"
Reggie Nelson: "But I don't even play here"
Rod Graves: "I know, that's what makes this so difficult".

The 2 lber picks made this draft for me. Without them I was ready to call this draft the suckiest of suckness.

2 serviceable players in areas of need coupled with BPA's at the top of the draft....and PP is a beast.

Q2 had the highest draft grade, 6.5, on the NFL Draft Tracker of any player taken in the 5th and 6th rounds other than the OL Cannon. Only 3 guys had higher grades in round 4. NFL.com had him as a likely 3rd round pick.

I watched his video from the combine. He's not small and looks nothing like Daryl Washington. More like Hayes or Lenon.

Could be our best 6th round pick since Reggie Wells in '03. Except that he's now Shane's favorite player and so is doomed to failure.
