I would straight up throw it all away for Lincoln Riley.

And hypothetically Jim Harbaugh, but that's a hot take and mainly based on gut feeling. Kyler might benefit from not being coddled. Or he might become a shell of himself. I don't think that kid has ever played in a sport where his coaches didn't heap praise on him.

The path forward is to clean house and let a new GM / HC build a professional level football team. We can't win with Keim's drafting and Kliff's coaching. We lead the league in penalties this year and our start WR is flipping the bird to a referee during a game. If that doesn't show how toxic the lack of leadership is on this team I dont know what does. If there was a game next week Klloff wouldn't even make him show up to practice. There is no accountability for mistakes or poor behavior. You can't build a winning culture like with that.

Great post, that's on Bidwill
Does he really care about winning?
Cause we know already sticking with this regime, there is no much of a chance

Don’t flame me, just testing the waters.

Kurt Warner as GM? I know that sounds nuts, but the 9ers did it with lynch, and Warner is MORE connected in the NFL than lynch is/was. He’s got a mind for football& he’s a leader, we know that. he’s never left the game as he’s an analyst for several different NFL TV and radio shows.

Just spitballing here, could be cool.

This could work or backfire. We saw how Denver worked out with Elway ... they have the Ring but, since then...

This crossed my mind before posting that, but Elway is a certified A-hole, Warner is pure charisma and class.
