My Big Red fans,

I see several threads bashing our Super Bowl QB Kurt Warner, GM Rod Graves, Coach Whisenhunt and the Bidwill family.

I am a passionate, diehard fan like all of you. Lets take a deep breath and remember the above people (plus our 12th man advantage at the Nest) are responsible for our first ever NFC Championship and took our team to their first ever Super Bowl appearance this past season! I am 36 yrs old, I know Jets, Browns, Vikings, Jaguars, Chiefs & Texans fans who have lived their entire life and haven't seen anything near what our Cardinals accomplished in 2008!

I have total trust in GM Rod Graves & Bidwill family to continue to make the Cardinals be extremely successful.

I want this subject thread to be a great reminder- to all of us fans- that after years of wondering by Halloween if we would have the #1 overall pick or not- that we are now an elite NFL team and we need to treasure this sacred time!

I think we're all waiting for something good to happen. One thing we can point to and say, YES!! Last year was AMAZING!! I think we're just trying to keep it going. We're just tired of being a pinata' the past (2) weeks! GO CARDS!!

I'm a long suffering fan, well had been until out post season run, and I'm optimistic about the future.

Optimistic. I see actions that concern me, that give me pause. I hope and pray that I am wrong.

I remember that we were the 2008 NFC Champions. However, it's 2009 now, the draft lay before us, FA is upon us, and the preseason is approaching. We had a great run last season - but it is exactly that - last season.

We're getting better. From 5-11, to 8-8, to 9-7 and NFC Champs, I can't wait to see what we will do this year. It will all be determined in due course, on the field, and I have no doubt that some of the anxiety expressed on this board is due to history and the fear that the Organization has not quite learned it's lessons.

We shall see.

I was thinking the same thing. I hope that the FO and fans aren't happy with just getting to the Super Bowl, we did lose. I'm proud we got there but we must figure out a way to get better and win 1 more postseason game.

Wow what the past 24 hours have done for this board!- ha ha Great to have the centerpeices to both offense (K.Warner) back & defense (K.Dansby) back under contract and ready to roll in 2009!
