The Bosa to AZ talk is beyond dumb
Anyone here talking about Bosa as a choice for the Cardinals knows NOTHING about defense....NOTHING
Learn...
1 Cardinals announced they are 100% a 3-4 defense
2. Bosa is a 100% 4-3 DE
3. You HONESTLY think the Cardinals are going to pick a guy that DOES NOT play an actual position in their defense
4. This would amount to drafting a offensive full back and you don't use a full back in your offense.
They have the 1st stinking pick in the draft (for a reason)....you pick the best player to HELP your team...and Bosa is 100% NOT THAT GUY.
Wake up!
The GM and HC would have to have rocks for brains to do that....like the GM and HC who drafted Leonard Davis and moved him from guard in college to tackle in the pros...if you don't know...it didn't work out...till Davis went to Dallas and they put him at (get this) guard where he was...OMG All-Pro every year.
Then again Keim has drafted a WR to play CB and drafted a CB who played CB one year in his life...also paid a safety the highest contract ever by a safety the day the safety came out of his second ACL surgery.
If I'm putting my money on it...the Cardinals are drafting Josh Allen. He is a perfect 3-4 DE...had 17 sacks last season and can drop into coverage VERY well...he'd take on TE's as well with ease....try doing that with Bosa (insert laughter).
Bet the house if the cardinals use the pick it's 95% shot it's Allen...with about a 5% shot it being Murray.
So let me get this straight:
Besides the fact YOUR Chargers succesfully played Joey Bosa (almost the same exact player) at OLB as well as Melvin Ingram and they were both college DEs...
Besides the fact Chandler Jones and Markus Golden were college DEs...
Besides Terrell Suggs, Elvis Dumervil, Von Miller, Bradley Chubb, Dee Ford, Vic Beasley (the one season the falcons played a 3-4, he had 15.5 sacks at OLB, and has had 2 seasons with 5 as a 4-3 DE), Justin Houston, Jamie Collins, just to name a few...which by the way, required me going on this thing called google and looking it up...it took 5 mins...
OUR DC: Vance Joseph sees no reason why Bosa wouldn’t be a perfect fit in Arizona. Talented edge rushers who can get to the quarterback are of incredibly high value in the NFL, Joseph said, whether they played defensive end or outside linebacker in college.
“Those 4-3 college ends, they grow to be 3-4 outside backers,” Joseph said. “It’s a learned ability.”
Joseph referenced the Broncos’ first-round pick just a year ago when he was still the head coach in Denver. The Broncos selected North Carolina State defensive end Bradley Chubb with the fifth overall pick but moved him out of a three-point stance and watched him thrive as a stand-up outside linebacker.
“Chubb was a career 4-3 end. He never played the two-point and never dropped — only in fire zones,” Joseph said. “He played ‘Sam’ linebacker for us at 6-4½, 270 and he had 12 sacks for us and he missed five. You just have to figure out what guys do best and 4-3 college ends, they grow to be 3-4 outside ’backers. There’s going to be a number of guys who fit. We’re not opposed to taking 4-3 ends and making them outside linebackers. I have experience doing that.”
But despite all of that, only YOU know about defense, even though you seem to be confused on which team you root for.
