I'd like to hear the type of sprain. I sprained my ankle and I couldn't walk on it for 3 months and hasn't been right since. No tearing was found in X-Rays. Sprained ankles always scare me now.

It was at the Cards facility during rookie/QB days.

There are also reports that Nkemdiche will also play the situational FB role that AQ SHipley had last year. Apparently he had a lot of success doing that in college.

Entire ankle sprain. It was the size of a grapefruit.

I think if Nkemdiche had that severe of a sprain, then the report on him would not be "day to day".

Arians reported it is indeed a high ankle sprain & he'll be out at least 2 weeks. Not good.

He has a pretty simple job as far as playbook goes, hopefully he is 100% when the season starts

I mentioned this in another post but I saw Robert up close at practice on Saturday and this kid looks like a Monster. He was standing next to the other DL. If he is as strong as he looks then I can't wait to see this kid on the field.
