Defence play is quite good, but in offence too many TO, too little open shots

Suns down 50-48 after the 2nd quarter. Suns shooting 46% with 2/4 3 pointers, Rockets 36% with 5/10 3 pointers.

Suns have committed 11 turnovers, Rockets 4.

Suns have 6 offensive rebounds, Rockets 5.

Suns have hit 6/6 free throws, Rockets have hit 13/18 free throws.

Suns have 32 points in the paint, Rockets 18.

Dragic has outplayed Brooks so far.

Pretty ugly 1st half. Suns need to stop turning the ball over and keep the Rockets off the free throw line.

Already shorthanded without Frye, Pietrus gets tossed
Nash playing hurt and not looking to score
Lopez scoring more points for the Rockets than the Suns
Dragic in 8 min with as many FT attempts as Suns in 24
Rockets with 22 FT attempts to Suns 6
Brooks getting outplayed by Dragic
Lowry with 4 three-pointers

Despite all that, we are only down by 2. Warrick with 20 points and 7 boards in the first half.

Good post but the above comment is so funny and sad at the same time.

Please start Gortat in the second half so we don't fall back behind right away. Rest him until around the end of the 3rd with Lopez coming in. Let Gortat rest as long as he can or as long as we can play with Lopez on the court.

If we don't I fear we will fall back behind with Lopez in. Then we will tire our players out again trying to catch back up. (I hope I am wrong) That's one of the reasons we suck in the 4th.

Props to Warrick, proof we are deeper than some think, I still say we have a good team that can be dangerous in the playoffs. If we play our squad right.

Disrupted team chemistry. We're still right in the game . . . thanks mainly to Hakim Warrick.

I had to laugh at Lopez using his ping pong paddle to tap a rebound into the Rocket's basket.
