Ulis has 32 points and 9 assists and the game is not over.

Sam Dekker going to the locker room with a possible hand injury.

Final:

Rockets 123 Suns 116

I enjoyed the game nevertheless a loss.

I'm thinking the FTs at the end were supposed to be a learning experience.

Any insight on what on what Ulis was able to do? Missed the game, but the stats standout.

The stats do not lie. A very nice game by Ulis. The Suns find out what they have with him going into next season.

We passed the Lakers?! YES!!!

There will be nothing better than actually winning the lotto and seeing them lose their pick... which means it won't happen.

But until then, a man can dream!

Oh man... For us to cash in with a #1 pick and the Lakers to cash out with nadda would be the next best thing to winning a championship.

First time I saw Benders play as a positive sign.

He actually did something beyond camping at that 3pt line, nice hook shot and running the floor.

Looks like he put on weight and/or muscle.

Coaches decision he was camped at the 3 point line. It was clear they wanted to get him and chriss minutes this season to get their feet wet, but not do much on offense. Move the ball and camp out.

He was coming along, as was chriss, but got injured as the young guys got all the minutes.

I think he is a legit 7'1 sf, not only can he guard them, but he has potential to guard them real well.

As they develop in the coming years, that would cause a nightmare match up for other teams sf, they have to guard either chriss or bender. It was nice to see bender take eric gordan inside a couple times, hopefully that will get easier and easier against sf as he gets better and stronger

Yeah but I dont enjoy that the Sixers get 4th and 5th.

Yeah they'd be getting significant talent for sure. Still, we'd only play them twice a year and our playoffs would never go through them unless it's the finals.

If the Lakers don't cash in this year we're going to own them for the next seven or eight years.

I really doubt that Watson told Bender to be glued to the 3pt line.

He's super intriguing as it looks like he can probably play all positions 3 - 5 - he can dribble and is fast enough to get down the court and be a defensive match-up nightmare at the 3 spot and is long enough for the 5.

His inside offensive moves look a little stiff - which if you had a reason to be concerned it's this - but he shouldn't be a scoring liability as he can hit the three and post up smaller players with ease.

Gotta say - with Chriss and Ulis both looking great, Bender not looking like a bust and Booker being Booker...Any thoughts about not extending McD are pretty much erased in my mind.
