Well, the wife and I were at the game tonight and we could see this coming. I thought for sure he was going to pitch Bradley in the 7th but instead we brought Greinke out and he gave up a home run and was immediately removed. Then we used 3 more pitchers that inning and gave up another run. De La Rosa pretty good and Bradley was Bradley. I knew TL would bring Cupid because "He is my closer, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it". I get it, stick up for your players, but jeez, he could have said Rodney had blister on his finger and kept Bradley in. The reaction from the crowd was really bad when he started the 9th and by the time it was over, we were all ticked off.

We are not good enough to just give games away. It is catching up to us already.

It just sucks because moving Archie to closer leaves a HUGE hole in the bullpen. We really needed Rodney to just do his job and at least have that covered, but I guess this is what happens when you bring in a 40 year old and expect him to have some magical resurgence.

Just a shame because we are still playing so well at home but he's killing us. I know Lovello isn't going to make a move yet, so Hopefully he works it out and in a few months we're feeling much better about him, or we have a new closer.

Let Bradley or DelaRosa pitch multiple innings including the ninth
