I heart Rocky.

True to my word, I just got back. It was really good. The only thing I was disappointed in (and this isn't really a spoiler, but I'll make it one just in case you don't want to know anything about it--and I like using the spoiler thingy):

The actual scenes from the boxing match. I'm used to all the banter between the boxers--that's what made Rocky so great. There was virtually NO conversing between the two in the match, and the hodge podge of camera angles & rapid editing was bleh. Other than that, I really liked the whole lead up to the fight.

I'd say this one ranks up there with the original as the best of the series.

It was a fitting way to say goodbye to a figure of our youth, and a well deserved goodbye for the Rocky character.
