I've got to find a way to get a job with these people, not the HC job but any other job.

I don't know of anything else short of congress where you're performance just isn't an issue in keeping your job.

He has done a solid job of getting players extended and get picks in. His job does'nt include coaching.

If his title is anything but GM of the Cardinals mailroom the organization blew it again.

I'm fine with him being in the front office just as long as he doesn't have final say on personnel decisions and neither does our new coach

Werent Matt, Rolle, and Fitz all holdouts.

And we start our camp later then most teams.

I will give him kudos for some of the extensions the last 3 years but draft picks in on time I wont.

Now it's my turn to say "I told you so". There he was taking the lead on the coaching search at the press conference too. I never doubted we would not hire a real GM.

They said that he will have the final say on all football personnel decisions! Sounds like a GM to me!

Oh, sweet Jesus!

Everybody get ready to say "Good Bye" to Davis with nothing in return!

Yup you called it dog. Every time I would read you advocating this I was thinking to myself "oh I hope aj is wrong on this one." Same ol' same ol' from the blind Bidwill family.

Don't forget this man gave us the one two punch of Calvin Pace and Bryant Johnson, this is practically a fable in the NFL circles of how to outwit, outlast, ouplay.

This is soooooo stupid, this is so Cardinals, to bring defeat to a day of celebration.

Firing a coach is always a defeat.

What we've done is pour gas on the funeral pyre and set fire to the village. Truly, this is just mind numbingly dumb.

Yep you nailed that from the beginning and man did I want you to be wrong.

This is pathetic, loyalty is great but what has Graves done in his actual job to earn this?

I'll tell you EXACTLY when he earned it....

It was after the Wendell Bryant holdout on the minicamp deal and his rookie deal. When Graves stuck to the hardline and forced Bryant to take the deal the Bidwills wanted, he's been in like Flynn ever since. That next offseason was when he took over the personnel. To his credit, once he got that promotion, and once Mike landed the stadium, they were able to get the old man to change how he does contracts. But, the Bryant situation was where he earned his stripes with Bill Sr. He didn't crack like they did with Wadsworth.
