Roma discussing long-term contract with Gasperini
Roma are reportedly in talks with Gian Piero Gasperini to lead the team starting next season.
The Italian technician is ready to leave Atalanta after nine years and moving to the capital is an option he is willing to consider.
According to today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Gasperini also has the approval of Claudio Ranieri and the Friedkins.
The parties have started discussions centered around a long-term project.
The newspaper claims negotiations are based on a long-term contract and the maximum protection that the club would guarantee to the coach.
