I can't judge your level of sarcasm here, but the general takeaway is that both the NHL groups in Seattle and LV fronted the vast majority of the financing. Other cities like Detroit and Atlanta have secured bigger chunks of public loot than the Suns.This guy gets it.

Don't forget these aren't the final numbers. The city will have to issue bonds for this, and pay interest on them. They also have to drop $2mm a year into a sinking fund for future improvements for 12 years (the Suns will pay $1MM per year).
I can already envision Sarver wanting that money every year like a hungry Oliver Twist.
