Also, I kind of would like to see if Booker becomes our team leader superstar. If George was all that, they would have done it by now. To me he is not a Lebron. I guess I am more trade the farm for a top 5 guy in his prime. Just because right now we have a group of young guys who may develop into Paul George type players. I want to ride this bunch a little bit more.

The advantage to trading for him is you can resign him at a higher average and with an extra year. That is a big motivation for him to stay.

I'm not a huge George fan either but this statement is kinda silly.

Nobody else is LeBron either. Booker in his prime won't come close to sniffing LeBron. There's not a player in the NBA today that's even remotely close to LeBron, only player who is even in the same planet in the last 12 years is the Mamba and that's it.

If your theory is "Don't trade for a player unless he's a LeBron type player" then you won't end up making move in your lifetime because there won't be another LeBron type player in any of our generations or our kids/grand kids generation.

George is a free agent in a year. If he wants out of Indiana, he can get out of Indiana
If he wants out of Indiana, why would he want to stay with a rebuilding project like the Suns?

I agree. Who knows what our young players will develop into. They are not Lebron's either, although Booker has been putting scoring numbers up like Lebron. I DON'T want to make a move. No one thought Lebron would ever go to Miami, either. It happens. Unless It is a Lebron, or Mamba, I am wanting this group of youngsters to stay together to see what happens. Time to stay the course, imho.

Some of the guys I watched in my life play start with Wilt Chamberlain and the logo himself, Jerry West. Then I followed Dr. J's move to the NBA. Magic Johnson was one of my favorites, and I "hated" Larry Bird, LOL! Of Course Michael and Barkley. Nash has to be the best small player imho. Kind of not watching a particular player lately, except maybe Curry if GS is on TV. I think Booker has the potential to be a game changer for us. I think he is our Paul George in the making. No need to trade for someone like that when we can develop them right now.
