Despite arguably having a top-five wide receiver duo in George Pickens and D.K. Metcalf, it appears the Pittsburgh Steelers can never have too many great pass catchers—as the Black and Gold are looking to bring in a mammoth of a WR prospect for a visit.

TCU WR Savion Williams is set to meet with the Steelers on March 14 for a pre-draft, top-30 visit—one that includes later-round standout draft prospects like DT Yahya Black and RB Dylan Sampson.

Williams, standing 6'4" and weighing 222 lbs, presents the Pittsburgh Steelers with the opportunity to assemble arguably the 'biggest' WR trio in the NFL, with both Pickens and Metcalf measuring 6'3" and 6'4", respectively.

Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette had plenty to say about this athletic receiver:

“Williams (6-4, 222) is a multi-purpose player who had 60 catches for 611 yards, 322 rushing yards, and 12 total touchdowns for the Horned Frogs. He turned heads at the combine when he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.48 seconds—an excellent time for a player his size.”

With the Pittsburgh Steelers without a second-round pick due to the Metcalf trade, will the team ultimately look to find their next great wide receiver in the third round—perhaps with TCU’s Williams?

I love Savion Williams and he’s the best athlete at WR in the class.

But uhhh he’s not Julio Jones. He’s supercharged Cordarrelle Patterson mixed with a bit of (better) Chase Claypool.

In the right situation, he’s a Pro Bowl caliber player. pic.twitter.com/JruVWMMile
