Right... they beat arguably one of the best three teams in the league... on the road. And beat what looked like an up and coming Texans squad before they lost their superstar QB. As for them squeaking one out against the Niners, we only beat the Niners in OT once and looked pretty mediocre against them the second time.

Even beyond that, any time we've played a team with a pulse, we've gotten crushed. Cowboys, Lions, Rams beat us by an average of 20 ppg, with all those games being at least double digit losses.

As for last year... we don't have Palmer, CC, Jefferson, Golden and Swearinger and even with those guys when we completely outplayed them at home we STILL couldn't beat them.

And who/what makes you think we contain Wilson?
You’re right and that’s there only win against a team with a winning record. Then they beat a Texans team without their best 2 defensive players in Watt and Mercilous and allowed a rookie qb come into there house and give up 38 points. They won because Wilson played out of his mind which he won’t do against us. So you’re going to give them credit for there wins but not ours. And mediocre how? We didn’t trail once in the entire game and weren’t in danger of losing the game ever. Hell if Dawson made the chippy to start the game we would have had a lead for over 55 minutes in a game. I’d say that’s close to dominant even if it is against arguably the worst team in the nfl.

In the Dallas and Detroit games we were in it until late. Something those 3 teams you mentioned and the eagles(they also beat us horribly) have good offensive lines respectively allowing there qb plenty of time. Seattle’s oline is awful making them one dementional and forcing Wilson to do everything. Excluding the Houston game, they have only scored more than 25 one time and they had 2 offensive TDs that game against the colts. Seattle’s offense isn’t as good as those 4 teams we lost to.

You said in your previous post that they have owned us in our house, which isn’t giving us confidence we stand a chance in this game. I gave you the most recent example of Seattle coming to Arizona where we outplayed them and tied because of special teams.

Lastly, I believe we can contain him because of our athleticism on defense. Also zones prevent qbs from scrambling because everyone has their eyes in the backfield watching the QB. I don’t think he can beat us with his arm alone and I see us getting to him often like we did last week.

I'm giving them credit for weak wins and one VERY impressive win. We have beaten no one but roadkill.

And mediocre how? We didn’t trail once in the entire game and weren’t in danger of losing the game ever.

You're kidding me, right? When you can only beat a completely pathetic 0-for-the-season team by 10 points, that's mediocre in anyone's book.

Hell if Dawson made the chippy to start the game we would have had a lead for over 55 minutes in a game.

Well, considering Dawson NEVER makes his first field goal in the first quarter, the above is meaningless.

I’d say that’s close to dominant even if it is against arguably the worst team in the nfl.

A ten point win, which was 14-10 in the third quarter against the worst team in the NFL is laughably dominant in any universe.

In the Dallas and Detroit games we were in it until late.

No. The Dallas game we had a good first quarter and then they ROLLED us 28-10 after that and we never threatened in that game late losing by 11... at home. And the Lions beat us by 17. To say we were in that game late is laughable as well.

Something those 3 teams you mentioned and the eagles(they also beat us horribly) have good offensive lines respectively allowing there qb plenty of time. Seattle’s oline is awful making them one dementional and forcing Wilson to do everything. No, they're not... but the Lions offense is dog-crap and we let them kick our ass in the second half of that game. And Wilson doesn't need a good O-line against the most anemic pass rush in the league.

You said in your previous post that they have owned us in our house, which isn’t giving us confidence we stand a chance in this game. I gave you the most recent example of Seattle coming to Arizona where we outplayed them and tied because of special teams.

And that example is EXACTLY why our confidence is shaky against them because even though we completely outplayed them, we STILL couldn't win. And when you score 6 points, I'm gonna say they won because of more than our terrible ST. The Offense was pathetic down in the red zone... our offense is still pathetic in the red zone and our ST are just as bad as they were last year. So, why again, would they not have all the confidence in the world coming in... against our back up QB, with a worse D this year... against another awful ST team?

Lastly, I believe we can contain him because of our athleticism on defense. Also zones prevent qbs from scrambling because everyone has their eyes in the backfield watching the QB. I don’t think he can beat us with his arm alone and I see us getting to him often like we did last week.

Dreaming's free. I hope you're right... I've just seen you be super optimistic in game threads... where it was apparent we were getting our brains bashed in and think you're doing the same here. Hope to be proven wrong.

We outplayed them in both games last year and should’ve won both if it wasn’t for a missed fg in OT. There d is scary, but not like in years past. The rams are the only team they beat with a winning record and only beat the 9ers by 3... Wilson makes plays that are ridiculous, but I think we contain him on a short week and we get a win at home.

Russell Wilson (gag) is going to out-rush AP, maybe by a lot.
Russell Wilson (gag) is going to easily out-pass Stanton.

"their D is scary " ... well so is ours, just from a completely different, 180 degree rotation of perspective.

Doomed.

If this was 2012-2014 Seattle, we would most likely lose by 40. This year’s Seattle has been very inconsistent, so I’ll say:

Seattle - 27
Arizona - 13

Sorry bear with me I don’t know how to separate everything like you did on my phone lol. We have beaten bad teams, but we still got the win. There win vs the rams is very impressive and I’m not discounting it because they held the best offense in the nfc to 10 points in LA. But they’ve also lost to the good teams they’ve played like we have.

A win is a win in the nfl especially against a division rival at there house. I don’t like to discount wins in the nfl because it’s any given Sunday.

We Lost by 12 on the road to the lions with Palmer throwing a late pick 6 sealing it for them but to say we were out of that game when we had the lead in the 4th quarter is laughable. The fumble by DJ when he had a dislocated wrist was huge and eventually led to them taking the lead in the 4th quarter. And in the Dallas game we were tied going into the 4th. I’d say we were in both of those games and didn’t get steam rolled like we did vs the rams or eagles.

We had 5 sacks last week and hit CJB a lot more on top of that. I wouldn’t say Seattle has a much better line, if they even do, compared to a battered SF o-line.

I like to look at the glass half full rather half empty. I think we get the win tonight and I don’t think that’s too far fetched either. Seattle isn’t the same team as they’ve been in years past. And Earl Thomas is out.... I hope they prI’ve you wrong because it’ll mean we’re 5-4 and we’ll both be happy.

Might be even worse than that. No faith in Drew and, more than likely, AP will be running against a stacked defense. Seattle will MAKE Drew beat them and, IMO, he just isn't up to that task.

Here’s where im at:

We’ve already won too many games to ensure a great pick.

This vaunted QB class is crumbling before our eyes all season. Most of the projections on the “studs” is based on preseason narrative imo. So even if we take one I’m sure I’ll be somewhat excited to see what we got but somewhat underwhelmed at the same time.

Overall when I look at mock drafts this entire draft looks “meh” to me.

So I’ve finalky arrived at: I don’t think this team has a snowballs chance in hell to do anything, but I’m not expecting much from the draft. So why not win 6 or 7 meaningless games (if that's even possible).

I never predict the score, but I will predict that if we win some people will still be PO'd.

Even as a fence tanker, I'd be thrilled to beat the Hawks. And I'd be surprised to see any full on tankers be upset either.

EVERYONE hates the Hawks THAT much.
