The Whiz excuses keep coming in, it's gonna be harder to can him with every injury that piles up.

Of course he is.

LT, RT, and Center. Ugh.

Although I like Sendlein, I think we will see an upgrade at center with Rich Ohrnsberger. The guy is stronger and more stout at the point of attack and did a fine job coming in at RG. I am looking forward to seeing him fulltime at center.

While I have been waiting to see this team without Sendlien at center, Rich Ohrnsberger is one of the worst offensive linemen I have ever seen on a NFL football field.

Horrible.

And he will be the guy out there next Sunday, cause Whiz loves that moxie. Part of his system.

UGH!!!!!

This.

And it is never good to lose your captain and chief line protection caller when you have a Rookie at QB, LT, & RT. I expect the Jets game to be a train wreck.

We lost Bridges... and IIRC he was playing RT when he hurt his thumb. Next man up was Massie. Am I mistaken?

Bridges was a backup G and not in the starting lineup at all during training camp or pre-season.

Yes. You are mistaken. Before the thumb injury, Bridges had been moved to 3rd team RT behind D'Anthony Batiste (we started 2 preseason games with D.J. Young at left tackle--good golly, this franchise is difficult to love sometimes) and Bobbie Massie.

Wow! Me and you could not be further apart on this. From what I have seen of Ohrnesberger I don't think we will have seen a better center on this team since Tom Banks. The guy looked really good playing RG while he was in there. Better than any guard on the roster that I have seen this year. The guy is a center most of all and will make a damn fine one at that.

Really?

In Green Bay he was getting embarrassed, and I don't even want to talk about his game versus the Niners where he looked like a pop warner kid.

Sorry, don't see it, not at all. I see an undersized guard, who plays with his head down WAY too much, and is expected to move the pile when he is clearly over powered.

If he plays and there is an improvement at center it is more of an idictment of Sendlien IMO.

Ohrnberger is horrible.

I thought Adam Snyder was the backup OC.

One can only wish that the following would happen for a 4-7 train wreck of a team.

Potter
Kelemete
Snyder
Colledge
Massie

That's the line I would like to see out there. Instead we are going to send a 26 yr old, career practice squad, camp fodder, player out there. Ridiculous. Moxie in full effect.

Right you are Geoffrey.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

I would love to see Kelemente inat either RG or LG. Hell if he showed well, you could arguably have 3/5 of the line set for the next 3 years. Trade back for Warmack if you wanted and get a legit QB, and we are a contender. Too bad that is a pipe dream.
