University of Phoenix. Those guys haven't won anything before. Their record sucks, and they're being sued.

But they pay good. :)

Actually part of your description of the UOP sounds like the Cardinals.

"Those guys haven't won anything before. Their record sucks..."

Maybe they're a good fit for this team.

I voted Ross, because Starks was hurt so much and was on the sidelines...he wasn't able to "hurt" our team the way that Ross has. I wish Ross could've been put on IR this year! I'd rather have our QB getting blown up by an underpaid rookie, learning the game, instead of a high priced FA that sucks like the wind.

Yes way. They are all in the same boat: high expectations, colossal failures.

No way.

His stats are pretty much on par with his entire career. he had one inflated year in SD where he had 71 catches and everyone expected him to come in here and be Tony Gonzales. He wasnt talented enough to do that and to me was unfairly ciriticized. He was what he was. a 40to 50 catch a year TE who give you a couple TD's and was a below average blocker.

He certainly wasnt the dissapointment that the SB MVP Starks was and the RT who helped anchor one of the best OL's in football.

I voted Starks. He took more money and was a higher rated free agent. He missed one game in four seasons for the Ravens but was an injury machine here.

Starks by far when you figure cost per game. The most expensive free agent the Cards have ever had. What was it, a couple of games per year for three years or was that a two year contract.

Ross will be the cause of our Franchise QB getting put on IR before the season is over...I say put Navarre in and let him take the beatings so we have ML available in the future...then maybe Navarre will go away for good!

It is actually Edge. I am not saying Edge isn't a good player but, based on the rumblings before the FA signing period, the word was Denny wanted to spread the wealth around and bring in 7-8 players (of which I am assuming there would have been a couple OL at least). Whomever decided to pursue Edge (Denny or Michael B) essentially put all the eggs in one basket thinking it was the last piece. Depending on how the offseason would have gone without signing Edge may have made the whole Ross at RT thing a moot point.

Edge being here has hurt this team on the field and now he is hurting it in the lockerroom with all his ramblings.

I'm going with Ross just because we were so desperate for a halfway decent lineman. He just had to be a little bit good. Instead he's just emabarrassingly, incredibly awful.

Resigning Reggie Wells (RFA) or matching Buffalo's offer was'nt too smart either. he has'nt blocked anyone all year.

Did you watch him play in Pitt? He was clearly the worst O-Lineman there.

I think Ross was. He has not performed. Starks, as I recall, performed. He was just injured a lot.
