I think the great finale is rare for all shows. How do you adequately wrap up years and sometimes a decade or longer adequately in 30 minutes or an hour? Tough job writing that script.

six feet under did it brilliantly.

also, best way to do it is start thinking of your last three episodes as your “series finale” to give a first act, second act, third act feel and finish to your show.

The first few years of this show were amazing IMO. And yes...... the wheels came off. haha

Can't believe I never heard of this show. I'm on season 2 now. Worst family ever. lol
