He can't do worse then Conor is doing. I love Conor to death, but I think I'm on my deathbed with him

With the bat Carter may be having more success but thats a bit of a reach. Conors defense hasn't been atrocious this year. He had one bad game (I believe it was in Colorado earlier this year) but has been ok since then. As others have stated, Carters defense may wish we had Cojack back at 1B.

We have to remember that we're only 1 1/2 months into a long season. If by July 1 Conors stills struggling then we have a problem

Chris Carter bounces throws from first to second on a normal basis and can't get to anything that isn't in the general vicinity of 1B. He is a DH and won't play 1B for the dbacks ever.

I may be wrong but with Callaspo being reinstated, I think Reynolds will be sent down. Lets hope he can fix his defensive/throwing problems because his bat can definitely be used on the big league roster
