Should Departing coaches be allowed to coach Bowl Games?

I bring this up becuase Dan Hawkins is busy recruiting Colorado players while "preparing" for Boise State's Bowl game against Boston College. He's even been offering Boise recruits scholorships to Colorado

He's officially done with BSU on Januay first according to the contract, but he may be using his Boise office to make calls for Colorado recruits????
