This. He doesn't have an innovative offense. He's a terrible situational game manager. He gets conservative at stupid times. He pays for long FG with a bad kicker instead of going for the throat.

At 8-8...even though it could have easily been better with competent coaching and eliminating penalties...it can be shown that the team, the QB, and the "system" is growing. Plus the fact that it has been a strange year.

Next year the Cards need to be in the playoffs, and if their not then Kiem and KK should go. At that point it becomes about trying to salvage Kylers young prime and build a team around him.
