I'm content to see how it plays out. I feel no need to panic at this point. it's very likely they move one of the OLBs inside to see how that works out. There is also the release of vets at the end of every training camp. A lot of people have their panties in a wad based on how poorly the remaining ILBs will not be able to compete in pass coverage. If I recall TEs were catching passes last year like our hair was on fire!
Its not like DWash or Los were great in coverage last year. The Dline had a lot to do with their success last season and will likely have an impact this season too. The run defense will probably be better than last year with Minter and Foote. Bowles will probably scheme pass coverage with safeties and CBs to make up for deficiencies at ILB. There is good depth at these positions as well as a wealth of skills.
I'm not saying the loss of Dwash doesn't hurt but there are other options out there that need to play out before I will get to the panic stage. The only way a trade gets worked is if you find a team that needs to fill a position the Cardinals have an excess and has excess at the ILB position. To me this makes a trade unlikely. I don't see the Cardinals throwing away a draft choice for what could be a stop gap measure.
