I deleted the other thread didn't want it to turn into a bashing thread.
the guy didn't really ask for the picture he made a comment about my obsession with Jake suggesting I felt jilted by Jake, so I jokingly suggested he check out the pics of Jake on the gay site.
My favorite is the thread about how relaxed jake looks in thefirst quarter. About the 3rd page some guy complains that I only post about Plummer and not other Broncos... umm did you see the title of the thread why wouldn't my post be about Plummer when the thread is about Plummer!

Well if the national media spent the last 4 months telling us over and over that the Ravens were nuts and that Blake would thrive in Arizona, then no I wouldn't have a problem with Ravens fans here complaining.
That's my main "obsession", you give a guy 6 years of unchallenged starts, he fails miserably, and because he was a Cardinal people readily accept the premise that it wasn't his fault that he played so poorly. Those guys don't even question the idea that Shanahan, who had NEVER coached Jake, felt he knew more about Jake than people who had coached him for 6 seasons.
THe Denver thing is simple, Shanahan has a rep for helping QB's, they have people saying he "made" Griese and if he can do that, he can resurrect Jake. The implication is that the Cards are idiots, all the fans who welcomed Jake leaving are idiots, Ron Wolf is an idiot etc.
The whole thing started when someone from that board posted here saying there was an interesting debate going and they wondered what Cards fans felt. I posted 2-3 times there and then came back a while ago to see people predicting 30 Td's and a probowl berth for Jake.
I also admit there are 2-3 people there who I enjoy poking fun at, and vice versa. You can literally SEE the doubt creeping into some of their heads after the last game.

I was just over there and listening to some of their rationalizations reminds me of my niave youth when I too, thought Jake was the savior.
I feel sorry for them really. I mean as sorry as a Cardinal fan can!

I guess it's kind of like warning people over and over not to buy a certain stock, they buy it, and keep telling you how dumb you were to not buy it. In some ways you can't help but laugh when the stock tanks, even though you know a lot of those people are losing their shirts.
There are some realistic folks there who saw the structure of the contract, the keeping Beuerlein from retiring, and realize that Shanahan himself isn't sold on Jake either(he wanted Warner first afterall), but most of them are buying the PR stuff and are just convinced they know more about Jake than any Cards fans could possibly tell them.
Plus, I like to argue (-:

He failed to mention those offensive coordinators and sytems were changed because of JAKE!!!
I know Sharpe does NOT follow the Cardinals, I can guarantee Jake said that to him in practice one day!

And if anybody can name those other 2 OC's besides Jamieson, Trestman and Olson I'll believe Sharpe knows what he's talking about.
Those are the kind of things I'm talking about people(not you I mean Sharpe) who had no idea what took place in Arizona make a statement and everyone just assumes it's true. Shannon should ask his brother who just last year was quite critical of the guy who will Shannon's QB this year.
