How did Melton get called for that foul? Did he not give Simmons enough of a boost so the refs whistled him for it? Ridiculous.

Melton not OKo lack the ability to penetrate. Smith Jr is looking better than either

I don't mean to be rude but seriously, this is worth a DUH. Of course Smith JR is looking better than either, he IS much better. He has some of the same shortcomings as those two but he has a high level NBA skill that those guys lack. But he won't be cheap in a trade, he won't be cheap come extension time, you'll always have to worry about that knee and he's very much a me first guard.

Suns need to double Embiid.

Extension is 2 years away. He still has explosiveness. Some players don’t get that back after injuries.

Not rude at all, just shows how poor OKo and Melton are coming along. There’s no inclination that either will be able to run this team next year.

Yes he does but I think for the most part this isn't much of an issue anymore. My concern is the risk for serious arthritis problems down the road go way up and when you have that injury in your teens, you're likely to have those problems not long after that first big extension. Plus, he's a much better scorer than he is a point guard or a defender. We could use the scoring but it wouldn't be my first choice. If we're settling for something like that, D'Angelo Russell makes more sense to me.

First game in a long time that I am going to turn off. This is ridiculous.

Yeah, we've lost our head (or heart) out there. The refs took us out of this game in the first quarter and we lack the will to fight back even though the calls are no longer as lopsided.

JJ got no respect from the official when he was obviously fouled
Embid gets every touch called

i can tolerate the Suns playing poorly
i can't tolerate that kind of officiating
it's the only thing that would turn me off from watching the games

Aside from Booker and Ayton, the collective Basketball IQ of this team might equal a high school level team...

This is laughable... Philly not even guarding at the 3 point line... they know we’re gonna miss!
