Great day which it should have been with the Seahawks offenisve line problems. But we took care of business as we should have. Great day by our defense.

Now their OL is absolutely decimated so I will be careful before pumping our chest too much. However, glad we took advantage of the situation and completely dominated!

That will help our rankings a whole lot. It was even more impressive with how we throttled their run game on top of that.

I'm trying to think of a more complete, better, performance by the defense and I can't think of one.

Our defense played a hell of a game. But didn't most of you think that was gonna happen against a Oline that is worse than ours?

I love it. You step on the throats of struggling teams and gain some confidence doing it.
GREAT job guys. Thank you.

Honestly, not to that extent. I don't recall a lot of single digit score predictions in the game prediction thread.

I still remember all the games where we turned backups into one game HOFers. (Brock Forsey anyone?)

Next week should be a great test to see just exactly how far the Cards have come. The Giants got ripped in NO and are going to look to put a hurtin on the Cards next Sunday.

I wasn't expecting them to play this well on defense from a pass rush/pass defense perspective but it was nice to see. Too bad it stemmed from the left side of Seattle's line being completely decimated. Just wait until next weekend when we go against the Giants oline, whole nother ball game. It was a must win game and we did just that, so I'm about 90% happy. The 10% of me that is unhappy stems directly from our lack of a running game (in the second half). But then again late in the 4th they knew we were just going to run so it's not a completely fair assessment. We looked great in the first half, terrible in the 2nd.

The SAME offensive line put up 41 points on the Jags last week and got back Their stud DE this week in Kearny who did'nt play last week so don't go giving credit away that COACH Davis and the DEFENSE DESERVES.The Saints are using a backup ORT against the giants D and did just fine today.

If we can get a pass rush on Eli he will not have a good game. They lose more at home than on the road in New York.I promise you.We are owed this one.Its time for the CARDINALS ROAD SHOW in New York and then the second city CHICAGO also.LOOKOUT all you non-believers.

If we stay healthy we can kick some arse BIGTIME.I like what I saw today and I saw the TEXANS kick the crap out of the bengals who beat the ravens. So don't beat our team up too bad for a close game last week.:D

Honestly, we did what we should have done and took advantage of weaknesses. We didn't do anything that any other good team wouldn't have done. Still, that means we've made light years of progress, because I didn't think we had it in our defense to take advantage of the situation like we did. I mean, HELLS YEAH!

How about our playoff game against the Panthers?

Why do we always think the other team is going to be fired up and goint to put a hurtin on us? I long for the day we say WE are fired up and going to look to put a hurtin on the Giants next Sunday.

No, Carolina tore down the field for an easy TD on the opening drive. Turnovers were the key to that performance. We didn't three-and-out them nearly as much as we did Seattle today.

But, that being a playoff game, of course it was way more important.

Actually many of the so called experts thought we would lose this game. The confidence wasn't real high on this board and many thought Hasselback would tear us up. They killed Jax last week and we went in there and dominated them. Personally I am thrilled with this win.

I love ya Bucky.I know you bleed red& white but did'nt you pick us to lose this game like many did in the pick em' thread? If I'm wrong I'll owe you a very big apology.I think I'm right tho.

Lots of posters who only come on the board after a loss I've seemed to notice and Some we're circling like Buzzards before the game thinking we were gonna lose for SURE at qwest field after what the seahags did last week especially.

I know I was here trying to keep the spirits up and I did'nt see much posting at all last week leading up to the game. One of the slowest weeks of posting before a game I've ever seen.Maybe now some confidence will come back.

I truly believe strength against strength when we face the giants running game and we get our run game tested next week. Its gonna be real interesting.Because without the running game the giants are much. The giants had a short field on EVERY drive in the nest last year due to GIANT returns on every kickoff and that guy who returns for them will be the biggest threat we will face all game.We have to stop him before we can win this game.

I don't think Eli and his new young recievers can beat our team without a running game. We've really got something special going on now.I just hope we can stay healthy. We need to get Boldin 100%.Why can't he get well?

Doug, that why I said "you guys". I picked us to lose because of our lack of success on the road & doubts about our ability to get to the QB. Hell, I thought we would win the Niners & Colts games.

I agree AZ Native! The Giants are totally overrated at this point. And the Saints knew it! The Giants barely beat the Cowboys and four other teams that are at the bottom of the league this season - Skins, Chiefs, Raiders, and Bucs. No one in the league has had it easier.

Time for the Cardinals to play their best in Prime Time next Sunday night!!!

I think we were a 3 point underdog going into that game.

Arkansas was a 27 point underdog against #1 Florida and lost in the last 3 seconds on a field goal. We also had a supposed bad defense and no running game. Strange things can happen on the field.
