Gunther Cunnungham has the Fire of Boomer PLUS the experience of a head coach. Remember this record was 9-7, then 7-9 without a QB to lead his team. He was let go prematurely. Management fell in love with Vermeil. (excuse the mispell)

I would not be high on Gunther. However, if the Steelers are dumb enough to let Cowher go, I would love to see him here. He is a hard nosed coach who can demand respect. The first thing Cowher did when he took over the Steelers was rebuild the offensive line, running game and the defense.

I could handle him doing that for the Cards.
