There must be a way to add it.

Currently, you can add Quote tags or generic Code tags.

I usually just add the Code tags and edit them to Spoiler.

+1 this. making spoiler tags easy on the PC and more specifically while on tapatalk would be a big upgrade. then we can make stickies in movies and TV sections for people to use spoiler tags and it would improve the discussions IMO.
