I can only envision how Thomas and his staff make decisions. I imagine six guys in expensive suits sitting around a ouija board while smoking crack. Ties are broken with rock/paper/scissors.

i love this trade if it ends up being true. rose has caused us problems for years. i really think it will be much easier for the suns to beat the spurs now.

Mohammed has been playing great. He can sub in for Rasho now, and they don't loose their size.

I agree that it might help us versus the Spurs a little bit since Rose had our number, but I do think it helps them a lot.

Plus they clear Rose's horrible deal off in the meantime.

Don't forget he's got Ms. Cleo on the line. Deals like this proved to me what has long been suspected about Isaiah Thomas. He likes to get screwed by other men. How many times is this guy going to get bent over in a deal before the owner realizes that, see is the worst GM in the NBA?

Isiah is a moron, but with these trades he added two first round picks and Mo Taylor's nothing special but he's a helluva lot better than Vin Baker. Of course, knowing Zeke he will trade these picks for another marginal player with a fat contract.

Now the Spurs have another big man to play center and we can't even get one. What gives.

I would have liked to have Mohammed.

The problem is we got rid of all of our drastically overpaid, mediocre players in the last trade with New York. We had nothing left to give them. :)

Isiah Thomas is an IDIOT!!!!!

I really believe he could have gotton more for Mohammed then that!
He took back another big long term contract for a bench player and gave up his starting center!!

BTW, I'm not surprised the Spurs traded their Suns pick.

I would like to get this pick back and it maybe easier to negotiate its terms with Isiah. I just see a lot of talent in this years draft that are not superstars but would make great backups, which is all we need.

If we could exchange it for our 2006 1st rounder and some cash to make it worth putting off for a year for NY. If our record stays at bottom of the first round this summer it may benefit NY, they may recieve a higher selection in 2006.

Rose killed the Suns two years ago. I guess Mohammed is probably a better player, but from a Suns standpoint, I'm glad to see Rose gone.

The frustrating thing about this deal was that it was such a horrible move for the New York Knicks. I mean if it had been a deal that made sense for them it would be easier to swallow. It's kind of like the deal that sent Rasheed Wallace to Detroit.
