Irish Cream Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 vegetable oil
3/4 cup Baileys Irish cream
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and Irish cream. Beat for 5 minutes on high. Pour batter over nuts.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, then flip onto serving dish.
Prepare glaze. In a sauce pan, combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 water and 1 cup sugar. Cook for five minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 Irish cream. Spoon glaze over top and brush sides of cake.
